Incredible results if you are methodical and follow the instructions!
I am absolutely thrilled with this paint! I decided to paint both my kitchen and bathroom floors to modernise my flat, and the results are stunning. They look brand new, stylish, and incredibly bright. However the secret to this paint is being strictly methodical with the times and preparation. Here is exactly how I achieved a flawless, professional finish:Precision & Portioning: I bought the paint and measured it exactly half-and-half using a scale so I could use it across different days without wasting anything. A third of the tin goes a very long way!Kitchen Process: My kitchen tiles were lighter. I cleaned every speck of dust and used a hairdryer on the grout to extract any hidden moisture before starting. I applied 2 coats, and the floor looked completely uniform, crisp, and immaculate.Bathroom Process: My bathroom tiles were originally much darker, so they required 3 coats to achieve a solid, solid white finish. I applied the paint using a brush for total control around the difficult curved areas like the toilet and shower base.Sticking to the Timings: I was incredibly strict with the clock. I waited exactly 4 hours between coats to let the resin dry from the inside out. No shortcuts! The Curing Phase (Crucial!): After finishing, we wore only clean socks or slippers for the first 48 hours. In the kitchen, I used loose cardboard sheets on the floor only while cooking or washing up to protect it from grease or water splashes, removing them immediately afterward so the floor could breathe. No Moisture in the Bathroom: We kept the bathroom completely dry. We had no carpets or bath mats on the floor for the first week to prevent trapping air, and we went 3 full days without using the shower or basin (showering at the gym instead!) so the steam wouldn't soften the fresh paint. The Final Shield: Next week, after waiting for a week for the floors completely cure, I will be applying a top coat of Polyvine Satin varnish to seal and protect it even further against daily foot traffic. The change is radical. My flat looks larger, full of light, and beautifully modern. If you treat this like a precise technical project rather than regular wall paint, it works 100%. Highly recommended! Easy application, no odor and super coverage, the porcelain colour is classic, not clinical white, fresh and inviting.

Excellent quality
It was satisfactory. The coverage was good, and it looks well with a second application. It dries really quickly. The color is pleasing, and it was quite easy to apply.

Would 100% recommend
It’s been a year (well 13 months) since I painted my kitchen floor tiles with this paint. It has held up amazingly and I would 100% recommend it. The floor takes a lot everyday (young son who is always playing with his toy cars on the floor and a dog) and it’s as perfect as the day I painted it. It only took 2 coats (a big kitchen with only 1 tin). I spent a lot of time cleaning the floor before painting (I used sugar soap and scrubbed the floor a few times before painting) but the actual painting was easy and after 2 coats it hasn’t needed any touch-ups. It’s transformed the room and I am so happy with the finished result

Good but doesn't last long and chips
I bought a can of Hessian colour. The colour is more or a cold beige lilac colour rather than what is presented. We didn't want to replace our tiled floor so I thought this paint was just perfect for our purporses. Pros: + 1 can covered A LOT ( kitchen, sitting area and a laundry area)+ 3 coats! + beautiful colour, light and makes room look spacious + you can mop it, I used steam cleaner and it worked + dries fast ( 1-2 hours in the summer in a well ventilated room) Cons: - expensive for the quality - it chips and scratches easily even with a vacuum cleaner - you really need to prepare the area or it won't stick properly and leave cracks - needs 3 coats + on dark blue tiles - not exactly the colour you expect - you have to use it within 3 days otherwise the paint goes flaky and you can just throw it away Addition: × It's matt and can be slippery

Great Product, but old paint!
The product so far has been great, easy to paint with and still drying so I can't comment on how hard it dries. However, the pot of paint I bought from this supplier was old! I should have realised when I saw the rust around the top of the tin. But with a couple of days off work and everything prepped, I carried on with the paint, big mistake! huge! The paint had so so many lumps in it! I used a new roller, new brush and new paint tray. The job took me ages as I had to constantly pick bits off the roller and off the floor. The paint has obviously been sat on the shelf for a long time! Gutted.
