Great, reliable, product with amazing results. I've been gradually expanding my rotary engraving/CNC from a hobby ti a business. I place full confidence in this product knowing that no matter how long its been between orders I will get a consistent product. I dont have to worry about mixing new materials with some scraps I have left over because it all comes out 100% the same. Always been pleasantly surprised with shipping time and my kids love the Smarties. Highly recommended.

Engraved great with my diode laser. I had a hard time find settings and did a bunch tests. Hope this helps someone else. Xtool S1 40w laser. Cut settings: leave plastic on, air assist on full, 100 power, 10mms, 3 passes. (5mms with 2 passes left edges not nice). Engraving: air assist off, set to engrave from bottom up, remove plastic fill, set a 3mm piece of wood on top when setting depth, settings 45 power, 250mms, 1 pass.

It only took a few tries to dial in the settings I needed to etch my first item on a XTool P2 CO2 laser. By inserting the bottom edge into a vise and applying some heat with a heat gun I was able to bend the bottom to make a free-standing sign for the song catalog at a local karaoke show. The picture shows my sign. Note that I should be able to get better bends with some additional practice. I had to turn the air assist down to its lowest setting to reduce the amount of dust created by the etching process, and then rubbed the finished piece with melamine foam (a.k.a. Mr. Clean Magic Erasers) to clean out the etched areas. My order arrived within the promised delivery window and I will definitely be using them again.

These ended up working really well. However, I wish the manufacturer had given a starting point for laser settings. I spent well over two hours trying to get them correct. For reference, I have a Thunder Nova 80. My settings were: Cutting: 7/95, Engraving: 400/40, Lines: 100/10 (Engraving and lines have better results with low to no air.)

I used a Longer Ray5 10w laser to make podium plaques and these worked perfectly.

Easy to laser engrave and has a good contrast. Made a street sign for my daughter and with a wood backing, it looks great.

Not the first time buying trotec plastics. They come very well packaged, and the quality is excellent. The thickness is very consistent, making great results when engraving&cutting on a cnc router table. Burns nice on the laser too, but my dose laser is limited by color of the plastic. Bought a sample pack to try different product ideas.

Several scratches passed through the protective plastic. For my project I had to cut them into smaller pieces and had to scrap like three pieces. The effect I wanted to achieve with the engraving was fantastic.

This product was great My husband did some engraving on it, and it worked very well. I recommend it

Exactly what I expected from my purchased.

We use and x tools D1Pro. When engraved, the white engraving shows up really well. Doesn't have burn marks when engraved. Some of the square we received were scratched and chipped. I didn't have time to deal with sending them back.
