Being a scientist, I tested this out by using it on half of my garden and not the other half. What a difference. I reckon across three months that I cut 3 weeks of growing time from the fertilised half, and got more blooms and height from them too.A warning that there's a strong ammonia smell and that if you don't wear gloves, it can burn your hand! The ammonia brought cats into the garden annoyingly, so I then had to prevent that, but at least the plants looked nice.Great product. Will get again.

This product is fantastic for making your lawn look green and lush.

Purchased to feed a bamboo hedge, the plants are still alive and look better than they did.

Don't use a lot as takes a while to dissolve and over use can burn the grass.

It's a very good product but the granules are too big to go through a Scott's Drop Spreader even when the adjustment is fully open, granules jamed and locked the mechanism, so it was hit and miss spreading by hand in sq metres a pain in the a... Hubby resort smashing them up a bit but not really a good solution, a sledgehammer might help.🤔 For the granules not the spreader...well maybe 😊

Excellent product get plenty for your money. Works excellent on the lawn VERY happy with the product Excellent fertilizer for lawns.

I have used Elixir's micro-granular products on my lawn for years, without problems. However, this is not a micro-granular product, as it is described. I applied some sparingly to the dry lawn, watered in generously immediately with a strong jet of water until all the granules that i could see were washed off the blades of grass and had disappeared from obvious view, and the following day I generously sprayed the lawn again twice. Even so the product 'spotted' the grass. Elixir didn't want to know, could not have been less helpful (said i must have over applied the product to wet grass), so that's the end of my long relationship with them.
