Perfect for stretching

One size does not fit all.
A bit large for my small, size 3 feet. Not immediately obvious how to secure the strap around the foot and ankle. Once it is fitted, you can get a decent calf and ankle stretch. Definitely for larger foot size than mine, but ok for the price.
