A bday party hit
This was our first balloon arch and the kit made it fairly easy to assemble. However, the green powder from the balloons rubs off a bit as you blow them up. There were also a few balloons with holes.We paired the arch with a separate banner and hung the one from the kit elsewhere- though it was a good size and quality as well. The banner was just as pictured.
