Really, Really, REALLY, good bar. 3+ years in South GA with no problem
I had to write a review. I purchased this bar for my mower almost 3+ years ago. I was skeptical but now I have no doubt these are good LED's. It is definitely chinese but well put together and sturdy furst off. They're extremely bright. If pointed toward you you have to look away. I was amazed for the money at how bright they actually are. They've performed excellent this entire time in the Southeast GA heat and humidity. I keep my mower under a shelter but it stays wet more than dry when in use. I've had zero moisture under the lens and it gets washed after almost every use. Seen at least 3 rain storms. What I thought for sure would kill it was the vibration from my mower but it hasn't missed a link. Instructions are fairly straight forward which the harness makes your install straight forward so you don't really need them. The stainless hardware has been pretty strong too. Haven't had to retorque anything. The clear plastic lens has started to yellow very slightly as to be expected after the torture it has endured. That's my only quarrel. If you're looking for a good cheap light bar get this one. It's worth every penny. Sorry for the dirty mower photo. She's got to be cleaned. Grass has to be cut every 4 days due to all the rain so I haven't had time.

Let there be light...updated 7/14/23
My friends will tell you i have a light fetish. But after caving with 3 other friends 20 years ago and getting down to 2 working lights, thatll happen. I had a nilight led lightbar the same size on my previous suv and when i bought a new one last month, putting another nilight light bar on it was a no brainer. And the fact that they now have a white and amber lightbar, taking the lightbar off my old suv and putting it on the new one wasnt even an option. These arent hard to install. The only issue was with my car, the firewall pass thru is on the passenger side behind the glove box and the battery is in the very front of the drivers side of the engine compartment so i had to add about a foot to the 2 battery wires. But the switch wire was long enough to easily go from behind the glove box to next to the steering wheel. The light is nice and bright and the ability to have white, amber or both is great. Im even trying to get my boss to agree to put the 4inch square ones on the company vans for the flashing modes (they are technically considered emergency vehicles).Ive had nilight brand led lights now on my last three vehicles, as well as my riding lawnmower and my 2 stage snowblower. And ive never been disappointed with any nilight product ive purchased.update: after 3 months I noticed moisture inside the light bar on one side. I contacted Amazon to replace the light bar and was told I am outside the 30 day replacement and so what I need to do is return the light bar kit...the entire light bar kit...for a refund. which means, the wiring harnass too. you know, the 2 hours I spent taking off dashboard pieces and hood side fire wall covers to get it thru the firewall and the crimps and heatshrink to get it all connected, yeah undo all of that and then in a week when i get the replacement i'd inevitably order, go thru the entire process all over again. because just exchanging the faulty light bar would be too difficult, right? i'll replace the light bar with another nilight light bar because i do like nilight products and this light bar, but i won't order a replacement from amazon. because thinking people need to unro then redo all the work to run the wiring harnass, which works perfectly fine, is the absolute dumbest solution to the problem i could think of.

Solid for the price!! (DONT GET AMBER VERSION IF YOUR LOOKING FOR WIDER LIGHT SPREAD)!!!
The media could not be loaded. Honestly didn’t expect this light bar to be this good, got it on sale for Christmas, and boy was I impressed with its performance. White LED is bright not very wide but for a 20-inch bar it lights up the road much better than normal headlights. The amber is amazing for ditch sides so I normally run white and amber at the same time so I can see more. Also, it has flashing modes so if you break down or are doing something you can be seen. Install was pretty easy not very good instructions but a quick YouTube search and you will be all good. If ur looking for cheap lighting that will perform better than your stock headlights this is definitely the move.1/23/2024 Still working great, after watching some videos the amber lights take the place of the wide-shooting white LEDs so if you want a wider light spread get the all-white version.

Daily Driver Review
HONEST REVIEWI had the previous version of this light bar and was honestly very happy with it for the price, lasted over a year and had no problems before being enticed to upgrade. This updated version was a great bonus in light performance. (Old one is still working and mounted on a moped I go drive around once in a while). At first this new light was great! I got a solid 6 months of heavy use (daily driving, some rally cross, and other miscellaneous “spirited driving”) before some water stared to intrude into the led’s. The light had never been struck by anything other than maybe some snow piles here and there, so I don’t believe this to be caused by foul play. This wasn’t really a problem other than appearance for a while. Eventually the reflective layer inside the light bar began to flake off and various led’s died. I started losing light performance pretty aggressively towards the end but still worked for what I needed. Just recently (about a year and 35k miles later) this light started flickering and was driving me nuts while driving, I decided to try the auxbeam bar next, we shall see how that does! Here’s the part that really matters. If you are on a budget, this light is honestly great. For the price, it’s most definitely worth it. Always provided plenty of light in dark backroads, especially in the rain was a huge help.Don’t expect to buy this once, more than likely replacing yearly if you drive as much as i do. That being said, some may outlast others. This is a great cheap and easy way to try out a light bar. Then eventually upgrade down the road if you like it!I will note: the brackets these come with can be kind of a pain to mount under a bumper like I did. They seem to always be angled too far up or down with no easy happy medium. I bent my bracket a bit and made it work in a vice. Just food for thought for those looking to do the same I did.

Very Bright!
I enjoy all the products I have purchased from this company. This particular light is only intended for offroad use and I can see why. Very bright in all modes.

Nice light
Ok1- after I read all the comments, I decided to make my own cable. 12awg for car instead of that 16.With 12 I tested it on for 1 hour under 30 degree sun light and no cable became warm.2- I also bought a better relay brand.3-I did open both side and sealed the rubber with high temperature silicone. Then I sealed the front glasses 4 sides. Mine will not take water in its now a fact. The cable to the switch is short but I manage to have enough even with my batterie connector on the left.I also installed a better switch.Mine is hidden under the grill. I made sire all was leveled before I fix it cause the screw to adjust the light hight angle are is a bad place. It is brighy enought. Is it 450 watt lol I dont think soMine is 3 inches ressens behind therefore less bright on sides and still it is a lot.It is very low on my grand cherokee lower than the fog light and its a good thing. In winter I will probable install an amber plexiglass color on it or the snow réflexion would be too much white.I am really happy for now. But my trust comes from all I did to make it better.

Super impressed
After reading mixed reviews, I was sceptical, but is made very well and is super bright. There is a good balance of distance and a much wider side to side spread than I thought it would have. I am really very impressed with this.

A roof rack light without weather proof connector
To be fair, if look details of the product pictures. It is what it is. However, who will design a roof rack light without weather proof connector?
