Bought this for $989
I play a lot video games at work when i get some down time. This laptop is good but don't expect to run games maxed out ultra and think you're gonna hit 144 fps. I played league of legends, battlebit remastered, diablo 4, and smite. Medium setttings . These games run amazing for what I payed for. Only concern I had was diablo 4. Cpu was running a little hot for my standards. (Check pics for d4 temps) Audio is sounds decent for mid budget laptop. Keyboard is decent. Only one brightness setting. There's room for upgrades for ram and storage. The only cons I had was the screen isn't bright enough for my liking. And the usb port layout on the sides of the laptop. If you just want to use this laptop for light casual gaming and don't care about graphics. This is an awesome buy for under 1000$.

Great deal
Think their is an error in the description but otherwise stated is 13500H but its a 13420H, other than that great product and a good deal, everything works fine and no issues on my end. Battery life isn't the best but that was expected. Having play much games only league of legend and have no heating problems. Screen quality could be better but it still can work overall I like the device .

Bad quality/reliability
I gave one extra star for the repair. Bought this laptop to replace an old Dell gaming laptop. Since the old one still worked except for the battery issue, I didn't use the new one much. A month ago I tried to use it and it wouldn't boot up. The Power button flashed white and wouldn't boot to BIOS. Sent to HP for repair and it turned out the Mother board was broken. The worst laptop I ever bought!

Advertised Specifications not correct
The CPU that was specified, was not what we got. The unit shipped had a much lower grade CPU in the laptop that was advertised. Be careful on what you buy and what you get.
