Red Sea 4K, 1 UHD-Blu-ray

... so it's hard to watch films as inferior as this. It's the sort of footage that anyone would be delighted to bring home from their PADI avanced-scuba-with-underwater-photography course - but it really doesn't look professional. And as for the commentary; well, David Attenborough it ain't!Maybe worth leaving on the screen with the volume turned off and some classical music playing, because there are some beautiful creatures on display, and they really are ones you'll see on a regular dive in this part of the world.

So disappointing - poor narrative script, very little (and at several points simply incorrect) detail and little logic to the order of the whole thing. I was at least expecting some impressive visuals but to be honest even this aspect fell short of expectation and comes nowhere near to the standard set by the BBC/David Attenborough.

This 45 min documentary has some great scenery and fantastic underwater photography, in fact I think with it being filmed in 4k it may be the best I have seen. Without spoiling it for anyone the best thing is to watch this amazing film.

4k iz grosely overrrated. Why is it not in 3d?

Die 4K BluRay ist eine Frechheit sowohl was den Inhalt als auch die Qualität angeht.Ich hatte die BluRay nach dem Kauf eingelegt aber nach nicht einmal 5 Minuten enttäuscht abgebrochen. Jetzt haben ich mir die volle Länge zugemutet, da ich meinen 65" TV durch 75" ersetzt habe und mein Tauchurlaub nach Ägypten unmittelbar bevorsteht.Der Inhalt ist ein Sammelsurium von Zusammenschnitten aus verschiedenen Destinationen. Ich war überrascht, dass es am Roten Meer sogar wie gezeigt Waschbären geben soll. Die gezeigten Küstenbereiche sind der Vegetation nach überall zu verorten, nur nicht am Roten Meer. Die Unterwasseraufnahmen sind langweilig, zum Großteil werden immer wieder Korallenblöcke mit Allerwelts-Riffbarschen gezeigt. Gleiche Einstellungen mit einer Schildkröte werden wohl mangels Bildmaterial innerhalb von 5 Minuten 4mal wiederholt. Die Aufnahmen weisen teilweise nicht einmal VHS-Qualität auf!Insgesamt eine Zumutung!!P.S.Ich bitte das nicht als einfachen Verriss aufzufassen. Ich weiß schon worüber ich schreibe. In bin begeisterter Taucher und Hobby-Unterwasser-Fotograf und werde jetzt nach mehrjähriger Unterbrechung zum 12. Mal zum Roten Meer reisen.

Der Film ist gut und informativ.Mit 4K hat dieser Film leider nichts zu tun. Maximal Bluray, aber eher DVD.
