I loved the Kinesiology Tape. It worked greatIt was an inexpensive fix on my knees.

I bought this for my daughter because her wrist has been hurting her after volleyball practice so she wears this while she plays. She says it’s great but when she tries to take it off it’s painful and it leaves sticky residue.

I bought this roll of KT tape not really knowing what it would do. I have a knee that is painful when I walk. I followed the video and taped it three days ago. I walked 4miles with no pain, took a shower and the tape stayed on. This morning I walked again and then went swimming. THE TAPE IS STILL ON AND TIGHT! I am so impressed I even bought more! Definitely recommend this tape to stop the pain.

We have been buying this tape to stop my kids from sucking their thumbs. They’re 6 and 8, it’s way past when they should’ve stopped, we’ve had struggle after struggle with it and we’re taking the 8 year old to an orthodontist for a permanent solution but this works to stop her from thumb-sucking as long as we keep a small piece on her thumb at all times. It’s great because it’s flexible, she can still write, type and do everything she needs to. One piece stays on a while, although we change it frequently because it gets dirty. Point is the adhesive is great, could be long lasting. Great tape for whatever you end up needing it for.

It does the job for a day, maybe two. If the adhesive lasted longer it would be an amazing product.

So I recently turned 50 and apparently my knees said yes your old. I bought this tape and instantly felt like I had brand new knees again with no pain. My knee was catching here and there. When it would I felt like I was going to drop to the ground. This tape is awesome, I no longer felt nervous when walking wondering when my knee would catch and I would go down. Can not say enough good things about this tape.

I disliked the fact that it gave me blisters and a rash after I removed it but it did support my shoulder.

I love the colours, and how long it'll stay on, even after showering. I made it to 3 days and it was still stuck very well, I was only taking it off to see how well it was still sticking, haha.

On the side of the box is the barcode to use for the app. Download the app and it will instruct you on how to tape yourself. Unless of course, you know already. These do not come pre-cut. Works well for the use of cutting into strips. I would buy again!!

As someone with bad ankles, K-Tape (in general) is short of a miracle. I definitely recommend this tape. It sticks great. Even after sweating, high temps, and a few light showers. Looks great. Great Value.
