I love taking this for my depression/anxiety. I read it can take awhile for it to help, but I felt the effects right away. I’ll be looking into adding other supplements as well. Do your research on Saffron and its affects! Glad I tried it!

I have been taking this for over a month and have noticed a difference for sure. I suffer from muscle spasms randomly and this supplement has significantly reduced them.
