Great product, easy to use
I love that this kettle is simple and safe/ nontoxic. I returned other brands and models because they came with a surprise Proposition 65 warning for carcinogens upon delivery that were not disclosed on product descriptions. This kettle does not have the cancer warning, and has safety rating certificates from Europe. The hot water only touches glass and a small silicone filter at the spout. This one is a keeper!

Disappointed
Love the look of this, but purchased in Nov and within just a few uses, even with serious scrubbing with a brush, this permanent residue started to accumulate and now in March it looks like this. I don't know what it is, but I don't like it and it's time for a new electric kettle.

danger! it doesn't shut
The media could not be loaded. After 6 months of use, it doesn't turn off. The water boils forever...till the water evaporates and it sets a fire(?)
