It supposed to be powered foundation but it was shattered all over the package box.

Love it full coverage

Advice: Go with the tones and color by looking at the shade blotches. I generally were a medium dark warm tone MAC NC 50 or Black Radiance Tawny Beige or Creamy Bronze but I went with the color match system and bought # 370 which is 2 shades darker and a neutral tone. I am a warm tone so it won't even work as a Bronzer.
