It works for me this box has sunplus ic and i get even dolby digital 5.1 sound via optical,i guess even dts working one can do audio test

So ignore some flaws if you pick and go for it.This one has original dual IC circuit.Buy this one and use your dying 6 channel RCA inputs cleverly.
