KONG Babbler Small

Dog's Christmas present - he absolutely loved it, chased it round the lounge squeaking it and pushing it with his nose. He's not an aggressive chewer and was supervised whilst we enjoyed watching him play with his new toy, we threw it around the room and he bounded after it. But within 2 minutes the babbling noise had stopped and was replaced with a mechanical rattling noise, like a bunch of keys rolling around inside - mechanism obviously fell apart. The squeaker on one side had also failed (although he'd been squeaking it with his mouth, there were no teeth marks or visible damage to the plastic), the other one worked for a further minute before going silent. Other Kong toys (such as a jumbler) have lasted for months and still squeaked, but this Babbler was so poorly made that it withstood less than KONG Babbler Large  5 minutes of gentle play, not fit for purpose - total waste of money, avoid at all costs.

Well, it is a pretty cool toy, unfortunately my staffy girl went through the soft rubber within seconds. Nothing for strong jaws.... otherwise awesome... if I would just have Whippets, I'm sure this would last forever bringing hours of fun!

Lasted 45 minutes, not as durable as it looks, Rex my Stafffie enjoyed 'killing' it though :-)

Brilliant. Pup loves it. I got the large one for him. He is a beagle cross cocker. He can just about fit it in his mouth. I didn't want him destroying it straight away.Good and strong. Makes two noises. Can't describe the first one but it has squeaker either end.

I have the large size and dont let the dogs chew it. It isnt a chew toy rather a fetch or chase toy. It is quite heavy and makes a great "babbling" noise with just a little movement.

Product seemed good at first but very quilt each of the purple seams ended up ripped. Disappointed with the product for the money.

Not the toughest of toys, the purple part can be pulled off without too much effort, Bought 3, 1 for each dog and one was destroyed within 2-3 hours

My 1 year old lab will spend ages playing with this and it's still in one piece so 10 out of 10 for this toy.
