Flat and good size.
Great rocks. Mainly gray tones. One reddish and two darker ones, the rest were grays.

Exactly what I wanted
These stones were large and flat, in a variety of nice shades. I was surprised when I saw them, at how big they were. We were using them for an art project (painting them) and they were so perfect. Don't hesitate to buy these river rocks.

Size is accurate.Some rocks are bulkier than others. Shapes vary but these are nice rocks and definitely smooth to paint. I only received 1 that had a part broken off.Easy to clean with dawn and water.I'd buy them again.

As advertised.
I measured a few of these and they were all within the measurements as advertised with most being closer to the 3.1". They're ideal for what I wanted them for which is engraving them with my Dremel and then painting. I like that they're flat enough so they could actually be engraved and painted on both sides. They were just what I was looking for.
