I was looking to upgrade my drone collection with a nano-sized drone. My only requirements were that it had to have FPV and an APP. I stumbled across this one and it looked pretty cool so I figured I'd give it a chance. The level of entertainment is really great from this little guy. My suggestion is to FOLLOW the INSTRUCTIONS and place the drone on a flat surface and calibrate (trust me). With it being so small, calibrating the controls are vital.The features are pretty straight-forward. I always fly with headless mode on because of it's size I get turned around easily. The App is pretty cool and nicely designed. It allows you to see live footage while your flying. Though I prefer to fly with the controller, rather than the phone, you have the option. The video footage records directly to your phone so sending it to people is super simple.ALSO, one of my main requirements is to try to buy from companies in the USA. I've had problems in the past trying to get a hold of customer service and finding replacement parts. I've learned my lesson.Well worth the price. A good nano-sized quad with a decent flight time. The quad is very responsive and durable. The one thing that could be better which are not deal breakers is the photo quality of the camera.

This thing is small, like really small! It takes up about 60% of my palm or so. With that said, it's size doesn't take away from how fun it is. I have owned two drones before, but nothing in this size.I can't believe that it is packed with so many features into this tiny thing! So cool. You don't even need the controller, you can simply fly it right from your phone. The video is decent quality, but the range is only about 100 feet. If you are flying in your house, you can actually navigate just using the screen.The joysticks are ridiculously responsive. It also has different speed settings that allow you to customize them to your liking. I went all the way the to the max. Although I found the size of the controller a little challenging, you will see big improvements from flight to flight (about 5 minutes or so) I have literally gone from a 1 to about an 8 or so as a pilot in about 6-7 flights with it. Anyone can learn, it's only two sticks. After all, it's just getting used to the power of the motors in relation to the extreme light weight of the drone.It seems durable. I crashed a bunch on my first 3 flights. I actually already bought one for my father and think he will love it. The altitude hold helps to hover, but I think anyone could find joy in this.Perfect for a home, backyard or other small areas. Highly recommend, just give it at least three flights and you will really see how fun it can be vs. semi-frustrating.

Very happy with the Torpedo drone. If you want to get into drone flying, this drone is fantastic. It is very easy to fly and the video footage is spectacular. You won't be disappointed. Although battery life is somewhat short generally around 5 minutes flying time. Even with that amount of time you can get some amazing video footage and have a blast. We own 3 and he kids love to race and battle each other. Even falling out of the air they are really durable. One of the blades cracked but a dab of glue fixed it right up. Highly recommend.

Price was ok. The drone is ok. Luckily the transceiver works, because the Kolibri app doesn't. Definitely don't buy if you were hoping for a mini drone with a camera.

This drone broke within an hour of using it. One of the legs broke off and it couldn’t fly due to the unequal weight. We returned it for a replacement, and that one stopped flying for some unknown reason too...within the first day AGAIN. Didn’t even have a chance to try the camera feature. Apparently I missed the window for returning the second one, so now I’m stuck with a $35 hunk of crap and a sad daughter who just wanted a drone for Christmas.Bottom line, don’t buy this.

This is a very well built, high quality, compact, easy to carry around camera quad-copter. It literally can fit in my pocket. Another great thing about this quad is that the app for the phone or tablet will give you all the instructions you need to operate it. No previous experience is required! Just follow the step by step instructions.There are also different modes you can use to fly it. Headless mode allows you to never worry about orientation. Auto launch is pretty cool also. The app lets you watch live video and control it at the same time. Quality is very good! Been having a lot of fun with this quad and certainly recommend it!Well worth the price. A good mid-sized quad with a decent flight time. If you are looking at around $60-$70 for a micro quad, this is perfect. The quad is very fun and durable. Camera could be better but good enough to watch on your phone.

Pros:Its built well. It has crashed multiple times and physically its still intact.Cons:The battery life is ok. It does not last the full 8 minutes as advertised and after the first couple of minutes it start loosing signal.The drone from time to time looses its "head". Meaning when the lever is pushed up, it's supposed to move forward in the direction of the camera, but it does not.It does not stay in one place and constantly drifts.You have to calibrate after almost every landing as its really hard to control and always crash lands.Its very hard to control. I am no expert drone flyer, but the others that I have had are much easier to maneuver. This one is not. I have tried all modes on the drone.Result:If you are looking for an easy to control drone that you can enjoy, then this might not be for you.
