These functionally work. The spring loaded trigger on the side isn't as powerful as I would have liked so when they're plugged in and twisted into position, one of them doesn't 'click', but for the price, I can't really complain. They still functionally work, and given they're already twisted into place, they aren't coming out any time soon. I've used them a few times now and there's no movement when they're twisted into place, so they aren't going to come out.

**** EDIT**** after being frustrated at the rubish bought that doesnt work bin, I got the files out mines had little moi;d bits on cleaned them off popped a really small amount of WD40 into sleve that move to use, Ive had to sit there plugging & unplugging to wear them in, You shouldnt have to but they do work now .**********************got these to make our PA system interchangeable with the different speakers & amps we use depending on venue size, i had to give up with one & cobble up a set of mixed leads for one side the other took using a pair of grips with cloth around the convertor to get the Speakon plugs to twist to connect. i might send these back or just throw them not impressed at all, as we were delayed with storms to the venue & literally did not have the time to mess about making these work (first time using) the other plug will still not connect the locking pins are not right..origin is the reason no doubt .. if you are a serious gigging performer make a lead up with the different connectors rather than rely on these.. very poor not for any proffesional use at all oh well more bin fodder
