LABEL is a bit confusing as it gives suggested doses and measures in MILLIGRAMS mg and Milliliters mL ALSO it does not say if this can be left under the tongue for absorption or just swallowed. We will see if it has any noticeable benefits ? NNICE feature is dose can be adjusted by how many drops are administered
