I have severe gut issues in my intestine and this one is quite effective. While travelling, i find it very difficult to manage contamination of food, so I found this support and it has helped with controlling the bloating for me associated with Gluten and dairy products. As long as i have the tablet about 30 mins before food, it seems to be effective.Having said that, When I stop the tablet when i come home, all the symptoms hit me hard, I wonder if its only some kind of suppresant rather than a true digestive. decide for yourselves.
