I would not call them “extra” wide, but the size 9 on my size 8D feet were immediately a comfortable fit on my sensitive feet, and after a few days wearing, quite commodious in width. Very easy to step into and out of without using a hand. Just what I wanted as I’m in and out of our home constantly, and we don’t wear shoes worn outside, inside our home. I have a second pair in my home office above the garage for the same reason.

Q: I need a flexible soles. Are these flexible? Have arch supports?

There is some flexibility to them, and they do not flop around. There is a small amount of arch support but I have very high arches and these are very comfortable. I also have arthritis and I can walk all day in them without pain. I bought my daughter a pair and she loves them too!

Q: How wide are they? My husband has very swollen feet and needs something he can slip on?

They seem to be true to size and very comfortable to wear. And it has a wider upper, making them easier to put on and also suitable for swollen feet.
