Very simplistic but extremely useful item for planning your daily/weekly shopping and daily/weekly meals. Details side by side for easy cross referencing and printed with a colourful spots design. Each sheet has also been perforated so you can split the shopping list and meal planner if needed. Paper is 110gsm brilliant white high grade premium offset paper for easy writing and avoids show through. This paper is also FSC Mixed and sourced from sustainable forests. There are 100 sheets per pad, almost 2 years worth of weekly shopping and planning..... Glued at the head for easy individual sheet tear off, so you can take it with you to the supermarket and comes with a strong greyboard back for stability and protection on any surface.

Daily meal planner
Nice daily planner. Only gave 4 stars as find the shopping list very small. Usually just end up writing on the back of it

Handy meals planner with detachable shopping list
Good sized pad for planning meals weekly and then creating the corresponding shopping list. Good quality paper, enough space to write in the boxes, and the shopping list part allows you to group items by category, which I found helpful in making sure my store cupboard was stocked too. My only slight issue is that the shopping list part is on the left, I would have preferred to write my menus first then create my shopping list, so I find it a bit more awkward to use. Easy to tear off the shopping list, but again it leaves the menu plan on the right which seems odd to me..!

Not suitable for gifting.
Weren't shrink wrapped or bagged. Can't use as stocking fillers as intended, as don't look 'new', also corners squashed, prob in transit.

should of had this before now
Helps me plan my meals and use what l would normally forget about in the freezer. Saving me money not spending on items l already have. Also makes me check dates on buying to make sure l can fit it into my weeks meal or next, instead of perhaps having two items that need to be used same date as l had not checked.Overall, excellent way to save money and worries about what meals to cook. Allow me to get food out of freezer night before if needed. Food list l put down items l used to buy,along with my food for meals. Given it is in sections means l don't forget when in that section. Even hubby finds it easier to shop, and cheaper. All round winner.

Use it weekly
I love having my meal plan next to my shopping list so I remember what everything is for!I then stick the meal plan up on the kitchen whiteboard through the week.It's a small thing but i also appreciate the meal plan starts on a Saturday as that's when we tend to shop and start our weekly meal plan. Saves writing the date to clarify which week we're referring to!
