I purchased 60 rods to mage 180 custom screws. it took to a die well. Did need to debug after cutting with bolt cutters

Bought these to use as side dots on a guitar neck I'm building. Haven't used then yet because I wound up using maple for the fretboard and they won't be as visible as darker dots, but I did try then out on some scraps and they work beautifully. Diameter is absolutely dead-on according to my calipers.

5mm rods are closer to 5.1mm. Not very useful for applications requiring a 5mm rod.

Rods are solid and seem like good quality. However, these are slightly larger than 4mm. 4.13mm to be precise. I need precision for my project and am disappointed that these are larger than advertised. IF you don't need precision, then these would work just fine.
