Best investment post hysterectomy
This belly binder did everything it was advertised to do. I usually wear a medium, but I ordered the small and it fits perfectly. I’m glad I didn’t do the medium as this is plenty big. There is no bad scent as sine users experienced and it’s sturdy, comfortable and the Velcro stays secure.Very pleased with my purchase after using it for a week. I wear it all day and do not experience difficulty sitting in it or have trouble with the binder shifting.I’d highly recommend for people after surgery who are experiencing belly bloat and need the added support for pain or discomfort.

Great post Hysterectomy!
I read reviews that an abdominal binder is good post hysterectomy and bought this one. Although my Dr. said I wouldn't need one, she obviously never Had a hysterectomy. This was a LIFE SAVER. I was on the cusp size wise and went with the larger, which I highly recommend considering how swollen I was after surgery.A co-worker of mine did not have an abdominal binder and it took her weeks to feel better. I had the nurse help me put this on in the hospital. It adds needed support while also being comfortable enough to sleep in and move in. I wore it over my clothes. The velcro was strong enough to stay without being so strong that I couldn't undo it. It can be difficult to sit in when you wear it low obviously, as it can shift, but this was hands down needed and appreciated. Thank you.

Broke after one week of wear 😡
The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY IT BROKE AFTER 4 USES!!!!This is not for people who go get tummy tucks or any kind of surgery that needs their binder to be tight because it will rip it will break. This lasted me four days four days. This lasted me. That’s insane like $27 down the drain.‼️‼️‼️‼️😡😡😡😡This is not tight on my stomach ( unlike the cheap white ones your surgeon gives you ).I thought this would be good quality and soft material. It is soft BUT IT DOSE NOT GET TIGHT ENOUGH.I do not like the boning in it, it stops from getting as tight as it needs too.It has a smell so if you’re going to keep it then let it air out or wash in washing bag and hang dry.Unfortunately I will not be keeping this, it’s actually hurting my back.

Few good, few bad points
Cons: First off this product runs big and you can only pull so tight because it doesn't have the part all the way around the velcro can attach to. 2nd it is neoprene so it has that smell, 3rd it makes you sweat (depending on what you're wearing this for you may be ok with that, probably not great for post surgery recovery unless you intend to wear a layer between it and the skin).Pros: love the top/ bottom velcro, this is why I bought it, my other one I was given post surgery only has one and my top portion is smaller than the area closer to my hips so I wanted to be able to adjust them differently. 2nd, overall it is comfortable.

Functional but smells like crude oil even after "airing out"
Picked this up for use after a hysterectomy. It works well and is comfortable (enough). However, I got this thing weeks before my surgery so I could air it out and it just won't stop stinking. It smells like a gas station, and left my clothes smelling this way. Mind you I had it propped up to a window for literal WEEKS before using it. It did the job, but I stopped using it as soon as I could since the smell was off putting.

Awesome product just perfect for post surgery
Using this thing 24/7 per doctors orders for post Diep Flap surgery. It’s working great, comfortable, easy to use and clean. Three months later it still works fine and feels good. I purchased a second one I will need for the next 3 months. Have a few other compression bands I got from the surgeons office but all lost their hold capacity after a couple of weeks. Edges folded over during movements. This one is a keeper for sure.
