I am always a little skeptical when ordering something like this, but I must say, I'm glad I did. My knees are fine, but I was hoping I would get some relief from the pain in my shoulders that I have had for several months now. After applying the patches to my shoulders and leaving them on for about 8 hours, I THINK I noticed a small decrease in the pain when making certain arm movements like tucking in my shirt around my back. It wasn't until after I applied the patched the second time that I began to notice a DEFINITE DIFFERENCE in the amount of motion I could make without wincing. I hope subsequent patch applications will continue to decrease the pain. These patches are a great alternative to shots or surgery if they can alleviate pain enough. And I really like the smell too!

I bought these patches for my knees but they didn't seem to want to stay in place so I recently started to put them on my ankle and foot. The patches does help with the pain in my foot but when trying to take the patches off, it literally takes forever trying not to rip off your skin. I would've thought by them not wanting to stay on my knee that they would easily come off but I was wrong. But overall, they are great for pain, I will be purchasing more soon.

I got these patches for my mom and, from time to time, myself. We were using once we bought in CVS but for 6 or 8 patches it was costing us over $20. Came on Amazon, read some reviews and this one had the most positive bang for my buck. It was well worth the purchase. My mom really loves the patches. She is on her feet all day and she says the patches stay stuck and she can feel the heat from them. Because of the their shape, she is also able to use the patches on her shoulder and wrist. I've used them a few times as well and can honestly say they stick pretty good but you really need to follow the instructions on prepping the area first. It also "burns" a bit hotter, at least for me, than other patches. It took me a little to adjust to the feeling. My only gripe is that I found it a bit difficult to peel off the backing. I would have preferred it to be halved in the middle, like a bandage, to place it easier. Overall, would definitely recommend.

I have had knee pain ever since a fall about five years ago when I twisted it. It’s hard to get knee braces that fit properly and are comfortable and I have probably bought over half a dozen over the years. I’ve lost weight and it helped some but the pain still comes and makes it difficult to walk some days. I got these hoping they would be used in addition to a small knee brace that sort of worked. As soon as I put one on, I felt a little tingle of coolness and within 10 minutes I was walking around! No knee brace needed ! I still have mild pain some days but these are amazing. They last about 4-5 hours for me and I since there is not knee pain every day, I don’t need it every day. It truly is a godsend and I’ve shared with a few friends so I’ve already ordered another box. My neighbor has been putting it on the bottom of her foot for her planter’s fasciitis at night and wakes up refreshed. They keep in place well and leave no residue.

Awesome product, arrived on time, and does give some relief for knee pain. Does start to peel off after a long & active day, (just add a little tape), but totally worth the purchase. I am bandage sensitive, but no problem with these patches. Sure to purchase again due to relief it offers.

I have bone on bone knee pain and have difficulty sleeping at night. I found these patches and wow what a difference they make in my pain. I have bought these patches 11 times, however this last box they are not staying on my knee. I wake up in the morning and it has either come completely off or rolled up and is almost off. Yes I am washing off any lotion before I apply these. Have you changed the patches?

They actually work
