This thing is amazing!
This thing is amazing. My only wish is that the top rail was slightly wider. Otherwise, I recommend using shoes with this. It is higher off the floor than I expected and this is what makes it so amazing. You get a really great stretch in the legs which doing calf raises. I was able to do say 20 before with my home made wood platform. With this I was only able to do 10 at best with the same weight. I am 6'2" tall and 260lb and this thing holds my weight and almost another 200lbs. It is very sturdy, but you need to adjust your balance to use it. It took me a couple of workouts to get used to it. I think this thing was worth every penny and would highly recommend this for anyone with a home gym that wants to work their calves.

Great for calves!
Durable and great for calf raises. Easy to use. Makes training calves for myself and others easy.

Good product
Great for calf raises. The grip material on the top is pretty good - it provides a good amount of grip but is not as abrasive something like a skateboard grip tape.

Works!
Love it. Works as should. Excellent product, quality and all.

Solid, but flawed.
Solid and stable, with a good grip on top. However, the grip tape gradually slips off with repeated use, which is annoying. Also, the implement is too short and doesn't allow for a full stretch unless you raise it higher off the ground, which defeats part of the purpose. It works, but it's definitely not optimized for full ROM use out of the box.

Thin raised bar. Great otherwise.
Great if you don't mind doing calf raises on a thin bar. My fault for not paying attention to dimensions. Everything other than that is good. Sturdy. No assembly required.

Excellent and very sturdy. If you know how to use it, you're in for a great calf workout. Perfect size.

Turned out to be pretty much useless for me, I'm sure it's fine for others judging by the reviews. The cross bar is way too thin to get a decent range of motion. Had to sit so far back on it my feet would slowly slip off during sets. Couldn't get a proper concentric. The abrasive sheet on top feels oily or slick, doesn't bite in. The plastic step I had was perfect, just too fragile the more weight you add to the bar. The hunt continues.

Works incredibly well. Very stable.

Seems Well Made and Sturdy. Find The Bar Too Narrow, and Too Low to The Ground. If you have Decent Ankle Mobility, you will have to put this On Something, or your Heels will touch The Floor During The Stretch. Overall, Okay, but Overpriced and would be More Functional if It was Bigger/Taller.

Can’t balance on it without weight. Returned it right away. Imagine with weight. Only like 2 inches deep and very light
