24 month update: To reset the beeping noise, push the up arrow and down arrow together until the clock blinks. Than press the up arrow for reset. The sound will beep every 6 months to tell you to replace the filters. We replace them when the water quality goes down. It been 2 years and it’s still dispensing water at 45 ppm from our tap water at 445 ppm. 17 month Update: Some are saying that you can’t reset the beeping noise it makes when you need to change the filters. Twice I’ve faced the beep to tell me to replace the filters. I just start to hold down buttons together and managed to reset the alarm. We have the dispenser now for over a year and we truly Love it. It so much easier than hauling large amounts of purified water. The Charcoal filters will go out first but even without replacing the charcoal filters my water is Registering at 41 ppm from 445ppm. When the reverse osmosis filters stops working, I will replace the filters. But the water still tastes better than most bottled water. We have had ours for a few months, it been running flawlessly. I love having a unlimited source of clean water. Living in the Desert in a major city, the water is about 450 ppm coming out of the tap. That is un drinkable. Most filter systems just don’t do a good job cleaning the water. We tried making distilled water but it took 4 hours to make 3/4 gallon. In the summer, I couldn’t make enough water. Than we got a table top dispenser, but it took a lot of energy to keep it going. I’ve never liked the taste of bottle water or the waste on the planets. So this dispenser was are next try and it’s been so good! I don’t think I will ever need another system. Now the water comes out of the dispenser at 41 ppm and it tastes so good.

This unit could have gotten a higher rating had the instructions been at least proof read and more complete. I suspect they could only have been written be an Ivy League graduate. Both the quick set up sticker and page 11 of manual incorrectly explains how to set the hot and cold temperatures. The correct information is on page 5. There also is no explanation on how to use the push in and release quick connections. I’m familiar with shark bite connectors but us country bumpkins never saw these plastic ones before. My hook up was not standard under the sink and I needed to adjust tubing length, including buying longer lengths, the so called trial and revise method. A comment or picture in the manual would have been helpful. Also be advised that the flush cap does not fit the RO filter so I got the hint that that one doesn’t need flushing. The manual does not tell you this. Also missing from the instructions is that the safety lock is on all the time. I could not find how to turn it off. To get hot water, one has to hit the lock button and immediately hit the hot water button. Not sure how long the lock is inactive but it’s not long. . The “hot” operation is kinda implied on page five but perhaps the writer cold have explained it a bit better. Whatever you set the hot and cold temps to be you won’t get that out of the spout until you flush some out first I measured the hot temp, set at 180, and got 170 after flushing. Likewise a cold setting of 39 turned out to be in the mid 40s. One cannot just get a small cup of really cold water right out of the spout. My wife likes that so I won’t be sending the machine back. I fill up a quart jar and put it in the frig. To sum it up, it makes good water, but you can get the RO under sink setup cheaper. Update 8/19/2021 Perhaps the most annoying design feature on this machine is the control panel. The Lock,Hot,TDS, and Cold bottoms are flush with panel and are touch activated. They just cannot be seen in low light conditions. There are lights behind the controls so why not have them lit all the time. The hot and cold lights are on during the heating and cooling process. Update 1/15/22 I’ve had this for 6 months now and the reason I know that is that an annoying beep has begun to tell me to change filters. You cannot stop the beeping unless you unplug the unit. The manual refers to an on/off switch. THERE IS NONE. The manual refers to a reset button I presume to reset the six month timer. THERE IS NONE. So the company has designed a machine that will annoy you until you change the filters. Brilliant. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE even at 20% off.

This water dispenser has a very modern and clean design that looks great in any kitchen or office space. The filtration system is easy to use and the water tastes fresh and clean. It feels well built and the setup process was straightforward. I like how it combines style and functionality in one unit. A great choice if you want convenient, filtered water at home.

This is a great product and a good value. Everyone likes the way the water tastes. 2 issues. I received the wrong one 3 times before they finally sent the right one. The other issue is that the capacity is limited. Because it is an RO unit it takes a couple minutes to refill. It can fill one 30oz bottle between refills.

I’ve had this unit since April 2022, and it worked flawlessly for two years. Now, it’s showing an F7 error code, which appears to indicate a failed pump—it makes a loud noise but doesn’t dispense hot or cold water. After attempting the RO process, the F7 error reappears. I’ve verified the inlet line is working properly, so the issue seems to be with the unit itself. I’m not certain if it’s still under warranty, and the product support page on Amazon provides no contact information, so I’ll likely need to call Brio directly.
