Is this hat structured?

I'm hardly sure what you mean by this but I'll give it a shot. The front half holds up it's own structure while the back half is more loose. It's not floppy like a classic baseball cap or as rigid as a NFL locker room hat.

Is this a trucker hat?

I like this hat and buy 2-3 a year. Truckers hat? I dont know, but you will be happy

Would small/medium fit a 12 year old boy?

Hi! To whom this concerns: This nice CAT fitted small / medium hat should fit a 12 year old boy, no problem. Enjoy getting this fitted hat, it also stretches and has a good snug fit!
