A great budget addition that does what it says on the tin!
I decided to pick this up on the basis of EEVblog's review of it. He was generally rather positive and found few faults in it as a basic portable oscilloscope. It's no Fluke, but it's also not Fluke money. The interface is a bit perplexing sometimes, but you quickly get used to it. It doesn't have every feature you might want, but that's true of most. It's not the most accurate, but look at the price. It's going to have functional limitations. So if you're looking for replacement for a proper benchtop, you're in the wrong place. You really are. But if you're looking for a basic, easily portable oscilloscope that does exactly what it says and meets the safety ratings it claims? This is one truly impressive unit! Sure, it has some minor hiccups. The included battery isn't the greatest, but it's easily replaced. So what it is, is a reasonably accurate oscilloscope with a mediocre multimeter included, and some genuinely useful features like capture and acting as a USB drive. I bought it for light low-mid voltage usage (generally under 48V) as a portable supplement to a benchtop for embedded systems and automotive work. I have a much better multimeter, and I have a benchtop. And I have to say, I personally find it fantastic! It's light enough to be comfortable to hold for long periods, the kickstand works pretty well generally, and the coating isn't so slippery it just falls off when you try to put it somewhere.Does it have faults? None that I would describe as faults as opposed to 'this is what you're paying for.' It does interpolate under the most difficult measurements, sure, but you can clearly see it and the peaks are correct. The interface is a little clunky sometimes. The included signal probe is far from the worst I've seen, but the ground lead is painfully short. (But hey, it's standard BNC. You can replace it.) The multimeter probes are actually quite nice; soft flexible cable and well made grips. I had no problems positioning them on very fine pitch stuff even one-handed. I would have preferred a non-coiled cable for the temperature probe, but it's not as bad as I feared, seems high quality for the price, and is quite accurate. The screen is actually very impressive for the price; extremely responsive, very bright, and very easy to read in poor lighting and direct sunlight. That's a big win for me. The flap over the USB-C and calibration ports is well anchored and thick enough that I'm not worried about it ripping off. The side grips are comfortable and not slippery. The BNC is a little bit of a tight fit, but I didn't have as hard a time with it as Dave. And the receivers for the other probes are well protected and anchored.Another nice touch is that they include a screwdriver to open the case to access the replaceable fuses - which itself is a great feature - as well as the easily replaced 18650 battery. It also came with a full user manual, not just a 2 page 'guide,' which is clearly written and easy to understand. And the icing on the cake? It has upgradable firmware, which Zotek provides and seems to be updating regularly with bug fixes and improvements! The included case isn't terrible either.I keep bringing up price because that's really why you're buying this one, and honestly, the reason why you SHOULD buy this one. Sure, there's cheaper. Sure, there's better. But this one was pretty obviously designed by a company that did their homework. Because it's perfectly situated in both price and function not only for hobbyists, but also for professionals who don't stare at waveforms every day but do have a need on occasion, as well as folks who need a moderately capable oscilloscope they can carry around for daily use they don't have to be terrified of breaking. And for that, it's pretty much perfect.

Good quality meter with Oscilloscope!
Bought this meter to test my camper inverter to make sure it was a pure sign wave output. The probe was pre-calibrated upon testing on the square wave test port. Instruction clear and understandable. Buttons are good quality. It worked well. Would purchase again.

Good Product
I started a new project that uses pulse width modulation. A simple voltmeter isn’t useful for troubleshooting this sort of circuit, so I plugged in my ancient Beckman Oscope that I bought for $400 at a garage sale 20 years ago. It was dead as a doornail, so I tossed it and looked for a replacement. This little handheld oscope seemed everything I need. It is easy to use, very portable, all at a very reasonable price. I have a few gripes, such as the tip on the grounding clip on the probe is ‘fat’, making it difficult to clip into a small place, plus, the spring is so strong the jaws are really difficult to open. Another gripe is the buttons on the case are poorly designed and one must press them more than 3 mm to close the contact. This is a problem when you are holding the probe precariously with one hand, while trying to do an auto scale with the other. All in all, so far, I’m pretty well pleased with this little unit. Got me through my PWM project very nicely.

Good Value - One Glitch
Received this at the end of June 2023. Worked as expected for a $60 scope/meter.I recently have been having issues with the internal square wave generator. The noise spikes are new. The scope can trigger on the spikes so they are real. The manual states a 1 year warranty.I have contacted the manufacture twice. No feedback. My real concern is that there could be continued performance degradation as time goes on.On a positive note, the scope/meter is very easy to use.

True RMS with a bonus oscilloscope!
Clean, clear display and fairly straightforward interface. Compare this piece to a competitor even without the color lcd display and you’ll find out this is a budget dynamo.I bought this for setting gains on audio amplifiers and have since found several other things I’m using it for.Very legible display reading battery voltage and amperage from inside the cab of a vehicle while pulling fuses looking for a parasitic drain on a vehicle. The biggest flaw I’ve found so far is the case is hard to keep organized with all the probes it comes with, but I’m not about to take any points away from that, since I wouldn’t even take any away if it came with no case at all for the price I paid for it.If I damage this, it will be replaced the first chance I get with an identical piece.Very pleased with it!
