Two stars given because the outside is cute. Otherwise the cup is crap. Only metal on the outside, plastic everywhere else. You have to keep holding the button for the spinner to spin. The battery compartment is not watertight, so even when you hand wash it, water gets in.

It stirs really well, easy to clean
I love this nerdy self stirring mug.The only thing I don't like is that it sounds like someone is blowing their nose when it stirs...but I think it's because it stirs so fast.It mixes my coffee, sugar, and cream really well. It's easy to clean especially if you rinse it out immediately after use.
