My research found a book by a Dr. Tan that shows that this type of Vitamin E is far, far better than the kind commonly found everywhere. It derives it from the ANNATO plant and is up to 39 times more effective. The commonly available kind is a 'Tocopherol' - the BETTER kind is a 'Tocotrienol'.There are various suppliers - IMO, pick the BEST - NOT the cheapest. A combination of Delta and Gamma is best and typical. You should limit to 300mg a day.Annatto is a natural coloring agent - commonly used as a coloring agent in things like cheese - there is no sensible reason to consume ANY product that uses artificial dyes.Do your research - choose wisely - live healthily.

Works as far as I know, I keep this in the fridge to keep the oil fresh.

This product is great for all over health but makes my skin, hair etc look and feel healthy!!

I learned about this type of vitamin e on internet. Which can be sometimes dangerous. But I took it for almost six months without changing much in my diet. And my bad cholesterol is lowered. So I will continue to take these.

It works. It has been studied extensively. Combine with NMN, NR and NAC Ethyl Ester (NACET). So many great healing stories come from this. Easily the best burn treatment ever (open a cap and put directly on the burn as quick as you can remember to). This is not some cheap artificial vitamin E.....this is the best way to get it and the best to buy.
