589 is what is pictured here. Jughead 591 has on leather jacket and no hat.

Q: If I ordered before the price increase why am I having to pay the price change? It has now declined my order when trying to pay the revised price.

While I do not know, nor have access, to the situation you are referring to, there are a few ways this could happen. Putting something in your cart and not completing payment does not guarantee price. This could also happen if the seller ran out of stock and only other higher priced sellers have stock.
