Decided to upgrade my old Netgear router I had from Best Buy. Though it still worked I was not getting the full internet speed I was paying for. Installing or setup using the app was easy since older one was also Netgear. Now I'm getting the speed I'm paying for and actually a bit faster. I also got the Amazon Renewed router. Not gonna lie I was expecting it to be in rough shape. But it was clean. Looked new. Just not in the original box. Was a great purchase.

Works perfectly and fast.

Easy to set up w/ TV, phone, laptop, printer. You must download the NETGEAR app, which is not a favorite, but you get notifications of when your devices have been checked for protection. The router is exactly as described & came w/ a warranty even though it's renewed. Only used it for 1 day, but no complaints thus far. NEATGEAR was recommended to me and I see why. Router is 5 stars!

I did not like that it took me 2 hours on the phone to install. Slow slow slow hard to understand. Once all hooked up I still had to go back to internet service to ge things to run as fast as they should have.I bought it because it said it would be here by the 3rd- If I had known it would not come until days later I would have spend the $5 dollars extra for a non-refurbished. since I got it when they were due.

I bought this router because it was advertised as a higher end residential router. I’ve had nothing but issues with it since day one. In the 93 days I’ve had it, I might have had 2 problem few weeks. 2 days after my 90 day warranty expired it won’t reset and has no signal. I tried contacting tech support and they told me for the low price of $49.99 they could update it and make it problem free. I will never buy another Netgear product. $90 router that only last 3 months?!

The new router works great. Easy to setup. The customer service is very knowledgable and responsible.
