My 6 year old loves this shower, and honestly so do I. This is our review part by part. -Installation: 5 stars. It was easy to install, took less than 8 minutes, including removal of the old unit. The little wrench that came with it helped tighten some parts and others we did by hand, and we did not get any leaks. -Quality: 5 stars. Surprisingly great for the price point. It is sturdy and the hose looks like it can take some punches. -Design: 5 stars. It looks good, like a more expensive unit. We appreciate that the handheld holder is part of the main shower head, so no need to drill or attach a separate piece to the wall. The main head tilts easily and the handheld features are amazing. Loved all the shower settings, and the power stream is amazingly strong! We wish we could take it to clean the balcony! Overall: very happy about this purchase.

Absolutely luxury purchase! I ordered this shower head because my current one didn't have a hose and the shower head was too high so it sprayed you right in the face. The top portion of this shower head points downwards so it's more of a rainfall type water landing. The install took me about 5 mins to install and was SO easy. (This come from someone that cringes at anything that has to be installed!) Try the shower setting when both heads are on. Pure luxury! The spray settings are also VERY powerful...so if you like to power wash your bum...this is the shower

Works well for the price, perfect for a shower stall that doesn't have a lot of space or a tub spout. The materials seem to be mostly plastic with some metal, which is fine is you make sure everything is tightened on well enough. Just remember that the black matte paint on it is pretty fragile and will peel off during installation if you're not gentle. It happened with me in a few small spots, but I plan to cover it up so it's not a big deal. The rainfall head is a decent enough size. Not too big and not too small, again perfect for small showers. I love the handheld with all the extra settings and being able to switch between using both or only one. It works well for my house of four with only the one shower and different preferences lol. Water pressure is fantastic on the handheld if you're only running that. The rainfall head has good pressure too, but it is more like a true rainfall style. Soft, but not too soft. A nice medium, in my opinion. The overall power of the water pressure is great depending on what you want and on your shower. I'm very pleased with this and looking forward to see how well it will hold up over time. So far, it seems to be more than worth the money.

Installation was simple -no rocket scientist needed. All parts, instructions, and tool needed included. Water flow and power is fine, even without removing flow control thing. Aahh, hose length is ample. The dual head and different settings make it versatile. Only worry (and four Star rating) comes from materials -plastic everywhere. Time will tell if all parts hold up.

I rarely give 5 stars, however this product has earned them. Instructions: One master sheet to show you how it connects. Its not complicated for me, but maybe others it is. Also a booklet with step by step instructions. They send teflon tape but they say not to use teflon tape and make sure to clean and aggressively remove the tape that is there. Installation: perfect. No teflon tape needed. Just hand tighten the hose ends. On the piece to the shower arm coming out of the wall you should be able to finger tighten it to the last couple threads and then use the INCLUDED wrench to slightly tighten it. I had no leaks. If you do, you either over tightened it, or under tightened it. Try to unscrew it while the water is running to see if that helps. Most people over tighten. Product: Excellent HUGE shower head. Hand shower has a large number of sprays. They have engineered the product to help with water pressure so you might spray across and hit the other wall of the tub. Mine did and I needed to point it down more. The straight pipe can actually bend slightly. Pretty cool design. They definitely sat down and thought things through. NO I did not get this for free. I purchased it. I highly recommend it. I love it.

Best upgrade you can do to your shower. Moved into my apartment and was bummed the water pressure wasn’t good, turns out it was just the shower head! This product extended the height of my shower so I no longer have to crouch. Great product, great pressure, easy to install, well worth the money

I’ve had this shower head for almost two years! It’s easy to clean too! I loveeeeeeee it so much! It’s uniquely made and there’s soooo many different settings. I enjoy that you can have both shower heads on at the same time. Also, the water pressure is THEE BEST coming from both shower heads. I definitely recommend this product for anyone who loves that extra feel of being warm or cold. However you take your baths lol. Lastly, I recommend this for the elderly family members. Sometimes it’s hard to get water in those hard to reach places 😊

Got this for my wife and 5 yo daughter and they both love it! Handy for both to use and mom likes the cleaning spray. Very easy installation for me, can't go wrong even the price is OK.

I’m really impressed with this shower head. It has both a rain shower and a handheld shower head with a hose, and the handheld part has multiple spray settings that are really nice and relaxing. Everything works well and feels much more expensive than it actually is. For the price, this is honestly a fantastic purchase. Great quality, versatile, and makes the shower much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Installing this showerhead was exceptionally easy, I'm pretty handy but I talking this was truly fool-proof. Everything was labeled and there are two sets of directions which are very thorough and easy to read with pictures. I love the rainfall head but my husband doesn't but that's okay, the smaller head has so many options to choose from theres no way for him to be unhappy. The pressure spray function will be great for washing the shower and my dog. My only quarrel is that the smaller head pretty low. I'm only 5'2 and it's right on my face. My husband is taller than me and he has some trouble with it. We will probably buy an adapter so we can get rid of the whole adjustable arm piece because it's isn't *that* adjustable. We tried turning it into an L so it's higher but it just slowly falls back down. If your shower is taller or the head is higher, or maybe you're just also short, it won't be n issue honestly but for us it is. But it can easily be fixed with a $8 piece from the hardware store. Just something to keep in mind!

Update: I was contacted by the seller who has been incredibly helpful and is sending me a replacement part, so 5 stars for customer service! Based on that I’m increasing my review to 4 stars and if the new part arrives and fixes the issue I’ll update again to 5 stars cause outside of the faulty hose, the shower head has been great and I would recommend based on the service to date and anticipated solution. Original review: I was super happy with this shower head for the first few weeks, but now where the hose connects to the handheld section has started leaking which is significantly reducing water pressure which as a long hair girly was the main motivation for buying it. Because of where’s it’s leaking from, it cannot be tightened or anything to fix it so my options are buying another shower head or taping the connection which in under 2 months seems unreasonable. Again, this is too bad because up until it sprang the leak I was really impressed with it. I’m debating trying the same one again in case it’s just a lemon, but even though it’s very reasonably priced, I don’t want to be buying a new one every other month.

I am loving this so far. Just installed it yesterday and it was super easy to install. I love the rainshower head and how it can be moved easily to any position. I also love that the handheld is part of the base and doesn't need a separate set up on my shower wall. There are so many settings on the handheld and the massage ones are nice and powerful. The jet stream on the top for cleaning is super powerful, it was taking off dirt within seconds. I love how you can easily switch between shower heads. I like to start with both on but when I condition my hair I like to leave it in for a few minutes so turning off the rainshower head allows me to continue to shower while leaving my conditioner or mask in my hair. So far so good, this was a great deal for the money.
