This modular couch arrived quickly, and all the boxes came complete with the contents undamaged. Each modular seat box weighs about 45 lbs, so I did need help carrying the larger pieces up the stairs to my second floor office. Note that the biggest boxes have a seat and its back piece in them, separately. So unboxing and carrying pieces individually was a little easier. The pieces were relatively simple to assemble, and all hardware including screwdriver was included. Connecting the seats was a little more difficult than I thought it would be, and I needed help with that. But that’s because they fit together quite snugly—and that’s a good thing for daily use. I’ve used it for a few days now. It’s sturdy and comfortable. The fabric color is great, it is soft, and nothing smells weird. The underseat storage is convenient. I like that the ottoman attaches to the couch, so my large dog can jump on it without the ottoman moving. And I can rearrange the pieces if I want. I am a 5’5” woman and the seat depth is perfect for me. If you are tall, you should ensure that the seat depth is enough for you. All in all, this couch fit my needs perfectly and I’m very happy with it.

I was a little apprehensive about buying a couch online without seeing and testing it in person first; but I have been thoroughly impressed by Belffin. These are phenomenal couch sections, *especially* for the price. The cushions are a little on the firmer side, which I personally prefer, but still plenty comfy to sit or lay on. I love the under-seat storage, I've been able to fit a full-sized blanket and two throw blankets under each seat. They're fairly lightweight, and assemble easily - I am a 30 year old woman who's not particularly athletic and I've been able to lug the boxes these come in up two flights of stairs and then fully assemble them within ten minutes with minimal effort. They seem sturdy and hook together firmly when making a couch, but disassemble without much difficulty - I can already tell these will be a dream to move with. I very much appreciate how you can buy them individually, in sections, adding to your couch as you need more, rather than having to buy a whole set outright. One final note - the shipping on these has been LIGHTNING fast for me; every time I order a new one, it's not even a full week before I get an "Out for Delivery" notification.

Loved the color blue. Fabric, cushions and frame appear sturdy and the assembly was easy. Cushions are firm but comfy and liked the reversible back cushions. All pieces for the seats appeared interchangeable designs so it's easy to add on. There was a small piece of damage despite the good packing boxes and upon contacting the customer service of the manufacturer and Amazon, each one said the other was dealing with it. The damage was slight and the small nick in the fabric was repaired by us with super glue. We decided to go that route since the product seems to be out of stock and, more importantly, we had taken the couch in its boxes to my daughter's apartment in Canada so return would have been difficult. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

I love this couch! Works perfect for small spaces. Storage is awesome! A little hard and not much cushion but still comfortable. I had a problem with shipping and called and emailed their customer service and they helped me track the last few boxes. I would buy this again.

We love our Belfin sectional sofa! The ottomans/seats have the best storage and are super easy to connect! Have already purchased additional ones bc they are so great! Best quality and super easy to clean if there is a spill.

Finally a product that is engineered correctly!!! Arrived quickly, in several boxes, simple to assemble, no weird smells. Allow the foam to puff up for a day or two for the complete look. Couldn't decide if I wanted to keep it U-shaped, so tried several configurations - everything is interchangeable!!! And the storage!!! -- nice to be able to hide everything when company is coming!! This is a firm sofa, which I prefer. If I have anything negative to say, it is that I'm not sure how this fabric will hold up to my pets, but time will tell. Also, received a phillips head screwdriver in one box, but 2 flathead screwdrivers in the other boxes. Not a big deal to me as I used my own tools, but someone might complain. Still can't believe I bought a sofa online, but this was a winning gamble. Update: After 2 months of use, 1) one of the tufts untufted,see pic 2) threads pulls very easily, not recommended if you have pets that are allowed on furniture. So not quite perfect after all. Drop to 3 stars.

All pieces arrived together. Boxes were a little large in size for me to wrangle on my own. Easily could have removed pieces from boxes if I hadn't had help. Easy to put together. Great for smaller spaces, especially with the extra storage. A bit firm, but still very comfortable.
