Strength Legs Resistance Bands with Ankle Straps Speed Agility Training for Running Taekwondo Skating Fitness Exercise

Well, it's sort of exercise, I guess, when you factor in the elevated heart rate and the stretching involved. 😇

I bought these bands to attached to bar I have to simulate a rowing machine, they are perfect for me, I am 5'4". They are well made, thick and strong.

These are not what we pictured for resistance bands, but they have a nice padded cuff for wrists or ankles and you can use one or two at a time to change the amount of resistance. Maybe more for strength instead of stretching though. The cable is short and hard to pull back without effort.

It's very strong. Not long enough to practice my kicks, but strong enough to feel a burn. Comes with 2 x 25lb resistance straps so you could essentially work 50lbs using both.

I love the resistance the add to my donkey kicks and kickbacks. Got my hammies & glutes burning.

Band is too long and metal attachment on the ankle straps is too big. I'm 5'10" tall. This would be good for a very tall person, or person with a wide normal stance. I need the band to be about 3 inches shorter to get a good workout. Or, if the metal attachments were smaller. They're so big, they add at least 3 or 4 inches to the length. I have to return this.
