2XL was like a smallish XL BEFORE WASHING. Shrinkage was guaranteed, so we returned it.

I’m 5’6” and 187 and the Large fits perfectly. But if you like the oversized look, get an XL.

It is plenty warm for spring ball games. Probably not winter.
