Best purchase of the year hands down...
After suffering a pretty serious neck injury I tirelessly and thoroughly searched for options to get back to 100%, being realistic that I may never even get close to being the same as before. Not to take no for an answer I tried a plethora of things. Pretty wild that even as a mom I found myself watching Mike Tyson and Joe Rogan talk about the negative long-term effects of neck bridging catching up with wrestlers, boxers, etc. Point is...I went deep down the rabbit hole, which lead me here. I spent quite a few months very reluctant to shell out $300, especially considering what I know about manufacturing (in general, not at all in regards to this product), marketing, etc. Eventually I realized my physical therapy was pretty much maxed out and I was tired of doing all kinds of weird, compensating things throughout the day just to participate in life and spend quality time with my kid. I bit the bullet and my only regret now is not having done so sooner. From the first session I was hooked. My neck couldn't stop cracking when I was doing Stevie Wonder's, but most importantly immediately after using this thing that looks like a ring around Saturn, my neck felt better for the first time since my injury, which at the time happened nearly a year prior. Literally the first night I was sleeping better, turning side to side better, and just about everything. I'm a bit skeptical of any claims I read these days and most certainty don't believe in "magic pills", as are so often marketed to consumers in various aspects of life, but to my very thankful surprise, this Iron Neck is exactly that. As a woman I didn't want to suddenly look like Lou Ferrigno, and by using the 25 pound resistance band (it's high quality, not a basic resistance band...band is not even a word that does it justice) that's included I most certainly don't. (My husband uses the 50 pound band and can't stop talking about his "gains".) The device is super easy to use. All you need is literally a door, the rest is included in your purchase. (Resistance band, hat you can use for hygiene purposes, etc.) The thing even pumps up like those Reebok shoes from years ago, so you get the perfect fit. Bottom line...this is definitely the best thing I bought last year. Improved so many aspects of my life, and not only do I feel better, but I feel educated as I'm not using a neck-harness to lift weights, or trying to do neck bridges, both of which might strengthen your neck in the short, medium, or long-term, but the risks can easily outweigh the rewards especially considering the position they put the neck in and how the load is applied. The Iron Neck does it much differently, and safely. This is the device to get, even if you already have a great neck. I was shocked by how much better my body functions in general now that my neck isn't a weak link, which can quickly happen to a lot of us now that most of us spend a lot of hours in the day looking at screens. Thanks Iron Neck for making something so revolutionary and helpful! $300 is nothing when you get your life back. Considering how I feel and how I perform now versus before I bought it, it's priceless.

A great device for neck muscle improvement or rehab
This is a super base device to neck workouts. I also bought the rehab kit as I have a neck injury. It’s like going to physical therapy without the daily cost and limited exercises. I’ve already gained 50% more neck mobility in turns after just 3 weeks. I highly recommend this.

Miracle Tool
I haven’t been able to touch my chin to my shoulder in probably close to a decade. I’m 38 and spent a long time in the military, so wear and tear and an injury were the root cause of that. I started using the iron neck because I wanted a stronger neck in the range of motion I had. But seriously, within 2 weeks I was able to touch my chin to both shoulders. My range of motion has come back significantly. I now do a routine with it 3-4 times a week to end workouts. Not only has my ROM improved, shoulders loosened up even, and my neck has gotten stronger. To the point I can wrestler bridge on my head again. I’m up to regular routines with the 45lb band. I really wish I would have invested in this sooner, as I’d been eyeballing it for years and hesitant due to the cost. But it’s worth every penny so far in my experience. I did order as a bundle, but ultimately returned the rehab kit of all things. I found the bands to be a little too weak.

Expensive but Worth It
Just spend the money, my son and I are seeing results in just under a month and I’ve never felt this much of a workout in my neck muscles in over 30 years of working out plus, I don’t feel like I’m going to put myself in a wheelchair using this device like I do when I put Free weights on chains and strap them to my head lol

Solid product
There are many things I like about the iron neck. It is a great tool for neck/upper back mobility and strength. I plan to follow the protocol indefinitely to prevent any future issues with my neck from occurring. So far, I like the stretching and strength that I can feel it provides with the workouts. I don’t like how expensive it is. It does seem like it’s way overpriced but there are no real competitors to the market so that could explain it. Also I don’t understand how the pro is another $150 just to add rotational resistance. Overall, if you have the cash I would buy this.

Easy to use and effective
Life is better when you have strength. The neck is difficult to exercise, I have tried many different methods. I have hooked this up to my power tower, and I use it every other day for five minutes. It just hangs there when not in use, and there is no real setup or breakdown time when you use it. My neck is feeling better and looking better.

Something About This Feels Deeply Wrong
I bought this neck stretcher hoping it would help with stiffness and posture, but it turned out to be one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve ever made. The fit is uncomfortable, the setup is complicated, and the whole thing feels cheaply made despite the fancy marketing. The straps and bands are awkward to use, and the headpiece pinches in strange spots. I tried using it consistently for a few weeks, and instead of feeling relief, my neck actually felt worse. It’s bulky, not practical for everyday use, and the so-called “advanced design” is more gimmick than function. For the high price, I expected at least some improvement, but this product delivered none. Save your money and skip this one—there are far simpler and safer ways to stretch or strengthen your neck.

Overpriced for what you get.
Yes, it is a quality built item. Yes, it does what it says and you will surely get good results from it. But after using it one time I realized I can do almost all the exercises and get 90% of the benefits using a simple resistance band. And I can use the resistance band while sitting in a chair, watching TV so I am a lot more likely to do the exercises.

After having a nasty fall off a horse, I've had awful neck pain daily, causing migraines and impacting my day-to-day life. My wonderful chiropractor recommended the iron neck to try to strengthen the muscles in my neck and reduce the amount of tension the weakness was causing. It's been a few months of use and I can happily say this has made an impact! I still have pain, but not nearly as bad. Fingers crossed the progress keeps going! The actual movements were tricky to figure out but had some sessions with my chiro to figure out the optimal program for my needs!
