I've had problems falling asleep and staying asleep ever since I was young. As far back as I can remember, older family members have had sleep issues as well. I learned I have ADHD so it's not as bad now, but before then I tried different things marketed towards better sleep. This! This is absolutely the best product! I fell asleep fast, relaxed, and deep. Other products containing melatonin usually gave me nightmares. I did not have that problem with these. In the mornings I would be a little drowsy, but not too bad.

This is the 3rd Melatonin that I have used and works quite well.

It's not a bad product, but it may not be right for everyone (like me). No problem with the taste and it puts me asleep within an hour, but after about 4 hours you wake up and it's hard to get back to sleep.To me, the quality of sleep didn't seem natural. Feels like being drugged with weird dreams and being tired the next day. Others may not have a problem with it.
