Save your money. This product is uncomfortable and unusable. It props the front of my bite open 3/4 of an inch which is uncomfortable for being awake much less sleeping. And it extends well beyond what my lips will cover.The thermoplastic trays cannot be worn without the rigid plastic trays which are enormous. It feels like trying to wear one of of those impression trays from the orthodontistIf you think sleeping with your mouth WIDE open is going to help with your jaw discomfort or headaches then this is definitely the product for you. 0/10. 3 minutes in this gave me worse jaw pain than an entire night of clenching.

I was hoping this would work for me. Unfortunately, it's so bulky, you can't really wear it. I recently had an acrylic piece made by a periodontist, and just like I read here, it intensified my clenching something horrible. I thought I'd give this a try bc it seems like a great design. As directed, I boiled some water, made the impressions and realized right away that it's just too big. My hygienist has commented several times how small my mouth is, so maybe this is an issue that someone with a larger mouth won't have. It's not so much the maliable pieces, but the plastic pieces you must wear also that make it so bulky for me. As you can see in the pics, it's just not for me. I'd return it if I could. It was a waste of $30 for me.

It keeps the teeth when touching. Now u want to bite down really hard to form the dome. I didn't bite down hard enough so it was a straight surface but it keep my teeth from touching. Now I clench really hard and I feel like since I didn't have that dome that they wore down and it touched for a little right by the guard. But other than that I feel like if I try again it would do better. Buts not a huge chunk of guard just two front pieces and it goes like help with the clenching if u struggle like I do.

This product is awful. The trays are small but the plastic is huge. I couldn’t even close my mouth. It was very uncomfortable and it made it difficult to breathe.

Hard plastic that holds the soft material is to large to fit comfortably between your teeth and gums. After one night my gums were abraded and sore.

Not good for every-night use. I've nearly bit through this after using it a week, so sadly, it doesn't prevent TMJ headaches upon waking:(. I'll use it as a backup when needed, but just to protect my teeth.

Easy to set up, but the liner didn’t cover all the hard parts so it was extremely uncomfortable/could not use due to the had part rubbing/pressing into my gums.

I was so happy to find this guard but unfortunately it was too big for my small mouth. Although you mold the interior part. The out part is not adjustable in any way.
