These have been a game changer for me - very happy with my results ! I had been experiencing consistent hot flushes accompanied by heightened anxiety - mostly at night, but randomly during the day as well for about 6 months, poor sleep as a result, along with hair loss, and mid-section weight gain. At my tether, and after countless research of various product reviews , I decided to give the Semaine Peri/Menopause capsules a try in August 2025. Within 3 weeks I was no longer having sweats, anxiety diminished and now 3 months later am seeing some gradual weight loss in my waistline. I have not noticed any significant reduction in hair loss, but I also tend towards anemia, so that is a contributing factor. I did have a surprise period a few weeks ago after a 10 month hiatus, so unsure if the capsules brought it on or if I am still working my way to full menopause. After the almost year absence I had assumed I was done with menses . . . Time will tell. I have my order on subscription so I don't run out - highly recommend doing that to maintain consistency!

Im not one to write many reviews but felt that I needed to do it with this product. I am going through that terrible perimenopause feeling SUPER IRRITABLE almost all day long! Being nasty to my husband for no reason and not sleeping well...I have tried other supplements with not much luck...These little pills have been a game changer!! Ive been taking them for over 12 days now and have noticed a SIGNIFICANT improvement on my mood! I feel a lot more calm, not having stressful thoughts all day and Im sleeping better....I def. reccomend this if you want to feel more like yourself again!❤️Ill keel buying it...

Felt little to no relief from this supplement. Must admit that working in collaboration w/ your doctor is highly recommended as you may need more than a supplement to address symptoms of menopause.

I have this on auto ship. Can’t be without them. I haven’t had bladder infection since starting these a couple of years ago.

I was skeptical at first because I've tried everything: HRT, creams, changing my diet. All of those things have helped a little but haven't really moved the needle at all. I was still waking up drenched in sweat and so, so irritable. I was tired of not feeling like myself. When I got an ad for this on facebook, I ignored it at first because I didn't think something more natural would work, but I really liked that this vitamin company has clinical research to back up their claims. The cost per pill seemed high (but I've paid more for other supplements in the past so I thought I'd give it a shot). Within the first few days, I've noticed my mood has stabilized and I'm sleeping better! I still get some night sweats but HRT didn't even help this much! And I've seen that the results get better the longer I take it. Also, a good side benefit I wasn't expecting? My libido is way better -- I hadn't eve noticed it had waned but I feel like a 25 year old again! I'm looking forward to the better hair quality too because my hair could use it. It might be early days, but I'm sticking with this because it's worked better than all the other things I've tried combined. I say, give it a shot if you haven't yet! It's worth the test!

I had some energy and less stress, but these vitamins gave me the sharts and the worse diarrhea ever. Beware if you have a sensitive stomach.

Purchased this product 5 times and even bundled with the Daily but invariable ran out of this short on pills (BLUE) before noticing 2 different counts, a 30 day and a 60 day; The ingredients were the exact same except different dosage from a 30 count to a 60 ct for the same price. Upon making a few calls to the company & chatting on website I received 2 different answers and it came down to packaging. Now all I can find is a 30 day count for Peri/Menopause with 1 pill a day. Something doesn't add up and feel victim of price gouging. I liked the product and really did help with sleep, using both the Peri/Menopause (Blue) 2pills and Daily (Green) 2pills as directed each day but who knows, maybe I was over dosing.
