This Hibbent 16" Extension Shower arm is absolutely superb. It's amazing that for $35 you get a heavy duty fixture (brass I think - not plastic or even cheap metal) that is built like they used to build things! This arm articulates in 3 ways and allows me to reposition the shower head higher and at the back of the wall in my tiny shower stall. It's easy to adjust by hand (wing-nut type nuts) if you want to reposition as you need it (like to lower it for someone else). The fixture comes well wrapped in a box, with very good instructions, including troubleshooting ideas for several problems, none of which I had. But if something were to go wrong, the instructions have the answers. They include extra O-rings and black washers (not needed yet, but nice to have). They also provide a generous roll of teflon tape and a wrench! This thing is great; works perfectly, easy to install, fantastic value. I wish this company would make all the things we need! Highly recommended.

Purchased this to install our 16" rain shower head. Overall it is a nice extension arm! It has grooved joints so once you get to where you want it, it will not slip once you tighten the connectors. It is very flexible and it has a wide range of positions it can be secured in. The finish is that of shiny reflective chrome, it looks very nice and good quality. The unit screws on to where your other shower head would mount, so it's at the bottom of the extension thats already installed in your shower. As for the other end, with our rain head, it was just about touching the center adjuster after it was installed to the height we wanted. Overall this is a good buy if you are looking to add a shower head further from your wall. I would recommend.

When our old shower arm sprung a leak, it was time to replace. We really liked this one. It was easy to install and they provide several different washer sizes to ensure that everything will fit properly. This one was much easier to install, as the main collar will rotate so that you can get the angle just perfectly. Our old one did not have a rotating collar which made it very difficult to make the arm perfectly perpendicular to the floor. The Chrome finish onto this looks very durable. We are looking forward to enjoying this one for a long time. We really like this product.

I bought this one to replace the armature that I had in my shower that basically fell apart, due to poor quality. I was hoping that this one would be at least that level of quality. It turned out to be way better quality than the one I had! This extension is very high-quality, has locking positions for each adjustment setting, is heavier and sturdier than the average extension. I was very satisfied with the product. I’ve had it in my shower for many months now, and have had no problems with it. Highly recommend.

Easy to install. I did need to use channel locks to tighten the nuts. One end (where it attaches to the old shower arm) has a slow leak. I used the provided rubber washer and teflon tape but it didn’t help. Maybe the threads are different sizes? Hence the three star rating. Else this would be a good product.
