Lemon Scent
Sharp, crisp lemon scent. I would say that this is a particular high note of lemon great for blending and straight aroma.

Definitely Works
As a reader, I took interest when reading clove oil could be used to help reduce muscle pain and tooth pain. You have to be very cautious while applying the substance, and do not ingest it because it could cause severe side effects such as burning, discomfort, or seizures. It stays in the system for 24 hours, and even small amounts could be toxic such as 10 mL. You will want to mix it with a carrier oil such as Olive oil, vegetable oil, or sesame seed oil on a one to two drop ratio at minimum. You will probably experience burning normally, but if you are applying this in your mouth be very cautious. Should you get any on your tongue or gums, immediately get some cool water and swish it around in your mouth spit it out. Do this a few times to get the taste out of your mouth, and you'll be fine. This is something I'm passing on to you from experience. I also added a few drops of water with it to help and use the q-tip carefully to apply it to small localized areas.

Fresh, Lovely, Lavender Scent
So I guess you could call me a Lavender snob? Scent is just so dang subjective - everyone smells things a little differently. To me, the typical Lavender scent, even standardized 40/42 Lavender EOs have been just okay, and had a musty undertone which I've never cared for. This Natural Riches Lavender has impressed me with its fresh, clean Lavender fragrance.I use it primarily in soaps, but also in salves. My favorite blends so far have been this Lavender EO with 10x Orange EO (from Brambleberry) at a ratio of 4:1, and the inverse - 10x Orange with Natural Riches Lavender at a ratio of 4:1. The Lavender/Orange 4:1 ratio gives a fresh Lavender scent, evened out by the 10x Orange. The Orange/Lavender 4:1 ratio gives a really lovely Orange scent, evened out by the Lavender. Both really lovely scents. I've used Natural Riches Lavender, Five Guards, and Tea Tree EOs in both Hot Process and Cold Process soaps. All behaved nicely and fragrances stick well (I do use a bit of clay to help anchor scents - 1 tsp./PPO).I've become a Natural Riches fan - having used their Tea Tree and Peppermint EOs, as well as their Five Guards (like Thieves and smells AHmazing!) and Breathe blends. These are affordable oils for home and personal use, as well as for use in soaps and salves.I'm a fan - Thank you, Natural Riches!

Purchased Peppermint 9 times
I've been a subscribe and save customer for the peppermint for a couple of years now and Amazon tells me that I've bought this bottle 9 times over the years. Law of large numbers says that I was bound to get a bad bottle eventually and I finally did. Normally the bottles have sealed lids and the pipet is in the box next to it. This time there was no lid and the pipet had a bad seal that allowed the oil to leak and the oil congealed in the rubber portion of the pipet. I tried to go through Amazon's return feature and was prompted to contact the seller directly. I haven't heard back yet, but I'll update this review once I do. Overall I'm happy, but I detracted one star in this review because I couldn't use Amazon's return/refund system and am now in unknown territory. :/

HORROR, NOT YLANG YLANG!!
This smells absolutely horrible. It isn't rancid, it has to be something entirely different than ylangylang!! It smells like old soy sauce!! I made the huge mistake and used w/o smelling first,(mask on cause of stearic acid) & did a test swab of the lotion and my skin is burning!!!! I tried to return the product, and am not able to. Unbelievable. I am thinking about taking this to a local lab and have it tested because I am actually worried about what I just put on my skin. It cannot be ylangylang! DON'T BUY THIS!
