This ashwaghanda is great quality which you can tell when you take it. I am a fan of all their products. Having the KSM version in a dropper form ensures higher bioavailability and potency. As it is adaptogenic it can help with both energy and calm depending on when and how much you take. Taste like raisins (not unpleasant). Good stuff !

I thought this would be another one of those supplements I would try and feel no effects and just never buy again. But I was totally surprised, twice.I bought this to take at night and help me get to bed. The first couple days I noticed I was getting to sleep more easily but wasn’t ready to attribute it to this supplement. After a week with consistent (and actually improved) results, I started to become convinced.What really prompted me to write this review, however, was how it also was able to quash a panic attack. They come on occasionally and one did today. I saw I only had one prescription pill left and thought, well let me try this ashwagandha first. I did and amazingly it worked. I mean it isn’t Xanax, let’s be real, but it was able to level out some serious anxiety when I thought it would probably do nothing. This is my experience, maybe it will work this well for others.

I feel like this is a trusted company, like with any supplement you have to give it time to work.
