Excellent product in terms of sound quality. It is a genuine Sony unit and the package came with all the required connecting cables. Screen brightness could have been better. It plays videos also out of a pen drive. If someone wants navigation, strictly stay away from this product. It's not for navigation, weblink app connectivity is crap. Purchase this only for sound quality, fm, bluetooth music & calling, reverse camera screen, videos playback from usb (but screen size is small). Coming to warranty I've got only 5 months warranty. Product is an old one like 2 years old hence they are selling it for reduced price. But still it works like a charm, all functions are working (how long they would work fingers crossed)

Very good product. Sound quality was good. It supports almost all audio formats such as mp3 , flac , wav and DSD without any issues. Wireless Android Auto was good which connects quickly. Cross over settings is a cool feature which can be used to limit the frequencies to connected speakers and external subwoofer.

The product is no doubt great the the price is on the higher side. Quality wise the product is good, but the price isn't.

After this review i think your all doubt will get clear . I got this product for ₹7,099 on Amazon, which is much cheaper than the actual price (around ₹10,500 from a Sony-authorized dealer I know). Here's why: The product I received was 2 years old (manufactured in 2023). The seal was already opened, but the product itself was in excellent condition — looked totally new. All original accessories were included in the box. As per Document i received within the box Warranty is only valid until Dec 2025, since it’s based on manufacturing Date. Sound Quality : I’ve tested many systems, and I can confidently say the sound quality on this Sony unit is exceptional. For ₹7,099, nothing in the Android System under ₹15,000 even comes close. Crisp highs, deep bass, and balanced mids – everything sounds rich and clear. Sony has nailed it here — you’re getting premium audio at a budget-friendly price. Sony claims this system supports WebLink, allowing you to cast your phone via USB, but I haven’t tested this feature yet, so I can’t say how well it works. However, if you're someone who relies heavily on Google Maps — especially if you're an Uber driver or use navigation all the time — this system may not be for you. In that case, you're better off going with a full Android system, which supports Google Maps natively and offers a lot more flexibility for navigation and apps. The system originally came with software version 1.1, but right after receiving it, I updated it to version 2.0 — and the difference was immediately noticeable. Touch response improved significantly System feels much faster and smoother No lags or freezes after the update This Sony system only supports a standard definition (SD) reverse camera, not an HD camera. However, in real-world use, it's not a big deal at all — the SD camera provides clear and detailed visuals, which are more than enough for parking and reversing safely. I installed this unit in my Maruti using a coupler-to-coupler connection — so no wire cutting was needed, making the installation clean and safe. I’m giving this product 3 stars because I received an old stock item with a previously opened seal. The product itself looks and works like new, and I decided to keep it since there are no functional issues or any Physical Damage. I hope this honest review helps you make an informed decision. I had woodman head unit in my toyota etios liva car. It ,as is the case of most other android systems, hanged after one or two years. I changed it with this Sony stereo. And the result is mind-blowing. The sound quality changes noticeably. Using android auto is very smooth. Voice commands is also working properly, touch response is very smooth. Very happy with the purchase and recommend everyone to go for it without any doubt.
