The media could not be loaded.  It is okay for dumpling or Char sieu bao, but the dough do not rise as much.

I bought my son a steamer, bao maker and this for a stocking stuffer and he like all of the items. The flour mix was easy to use and he liked the authentic flavor.

The flour has a special white color after use, and it cannot be fermented, so the food made is not edible at all.

For anyone that cannot read the instructions on the bag, there is in fact a packet of yeast inside EACH bag. It doesn’t say this in English and I ended up going to the store and buying a container and guessing how much yeast ‘one packet’ was supposed to be.

I would not add quite as much sugar as the recipe in the back says. The yeast works well and our dumplings came out quite well.
