I have really only used manfrotto grip equipment throughout my career. I was in a jam and ordered this because I could get it next day. It has worked out great. Very solid construction and it held the gopro perfectly. This is a great clamp and I foresee using it to support small monitors, gopros, even smaller dslr cameras in the future. Glad I bought it and will prob pick up a few more.

First, I will say is the quality is good. When I took it out of the package that was the first thing I noticed about it, that the materials are top notch. It’s incredibly easy to mount pretty much anywhere and attach anything to it. I am currently using this mounted on the front or rear of my Begode EX30 for my Insta360 camera. Works like a dream for hands free recording while riding. I am definitely going to purchase a few more of these mounts. Great gift idea too!

This clamp is great. This thing has so many mounting points giving you freedom to use in various ways. Came with two mounts you can use in c-stands or light stands, and a cold shoe. I love how the knob is at the center of the jaw of the clamp, it stays clear of the top and bottom which helps keep a low profile for the grip. Most grips like this have the screw handle on the top, which limits the position you can mount the grip. Having the knob on the middle jaw line leaves a low profile for the grips to get into tight places. The only issue I see is that the jaw doesn’t open as wide as most grips. Maybe it has to do with the position of where the tightening knob is located. Other that that’s this full ,real grip is awesome.

This is well built, good quality, and very fair price. Some of the other high quality options were more than 50 dollars and I just didn't see the value at that price. This is a great balance of quality and price. Doesn't everything I need it to do without fearing that it would break.

Tried with the Insta360 X3 during my mountain bike ride and held very sturdy and didn't have to worry about falling off. Don't need a ball head since there is multiple way to screw. Unless you need specific angle.

I got two of them and they are very easy to use and versatile. I use mine to mount either a Canon DSLR or Rode Shotgun mic in different spots for video shoots. I am thinking of getting at least 2 more. I find myself wishing I had a few more.

The media could not be loaded.  Jaw opens up to a max 50mm. Works great for attaching my binoculars to a tripod since my binoculars don't have a tripod mount built in. Clamps down securely for my purpose.
