Good meal replacement when trying to loose weight but also to use when need a quick breakfast or lunch while on the go. Have it with part water and part milk to keep the calories down, tastes pretty good and would definitely recommend.

Opened packaging today 1/Aug to find that the BBE date is Sept 2020, which I find is rather a short lead date having purchased the item on 4th June.... please advise....

Love the chocolate flavour and have used before so I know it works

You can use a regular whey protein powder for less calories and more protein content. I would rather have 2 protein shakes for 16 more calories and feel more full.
