Good customer service
Works well as a feeder. It's sturdy and is designed well, including the app. I bought other feeders where a subscription was required to retain any recordings, this feeder uses a memory card so you don't have to get the subscription. Card works well, I bought a massive card, 250GB, I think 25GB would have been more than enough. At first night vision didn't work. Customer service was responsive and they issued two software updates to fix. Ultimately they said the device was faulty and shipped me as replacement. They also advised me to keep the other device for parts. It works fine except the night vision. It did take a number of weeks to get to the outcome, but they were thinking it was a software problem. The night vision on the replacement works well. It's easy to change settings - feeding timer, recording options, and can instant feed if remote and no food is left.Great device and good customer service.Only negative item for me is that it is very large for my cat who only eats dry food as a supplement. So I never fill it so the food will stay fresher. Would be good to have a vacuum tank, or to fill the tank with something inflatable to help remove the air....

Great pet feeder.
I think the feeder is great, and it looks pretty cool too.The feeder was reasonably simple to set up. I’ve had it for over 6 months now, and it’s only lost connection once. When it loses connection, the timed feeds will still release. To be able to watch back the video footage you need to insert a memory card, which took me a while to figure out.It takes batteries which are used as backup power when there’s a power outage, to keep the feeder running. The app is good and it’s nice to be able to see every time my cat goes to the bowl. You can set what times you want it to release, and the amount of portions. The function to talk to the cat through your phone just freaks my cat out, but she’s quite a scaredy cat anyway. You can unlock it and release a feed with the touch buttons on the front, without using your phone.I have moved house since getting the feeder and found it was easier to delete the device and start again. But I did get a new router in the move, so you may find if you keep the same router it would reconnect fine.It holds a good amount of cat food.I think it’s worth the price, as it’s one less thing to think about. Also handy when going away for the weekend and having peace of mind that your pet is being fed.

Worth the price!
Great stuff… my cat loves now that her meals drops every day same time…. 10min before she is already waiting as she knows. Amazing when goes on holidays and you can manage everything, change time, portion over the petlibro lite app.something stop to work the WiFi, either way still dropping food, not sure how it works, still figure out. But definitely worth to buy

It's a really Good product. Good price and is very useful
I recently purchased the Automatic Cat Feeder with Camera, and overall, I'm very impressed with the product. It functions exactly as described, providing reliable feeding schedules and clear video monitoring. Initially, I encountered an issue with the camera's motion detection mode, which wasn't working properly. However, I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly helpful. They provided a new firmware update that resolved the problem swiftly. The support experience was excellent, and now everything works perfectly. I highly recommend this product to any pet owner!

Faulty and terrible customer service so far
I have had this product for 2 weeks and so far I have had to:- Reset the feeder in the app twice- Unplug/plug countless times- Reset the feeder itself 3 timesThe feeder has missed feeds, keeps losing connections, does not respond in the app even if the wifi signal is strong, all the lights are off on the feeder and the camera and microphone have stopped responding.Despite sending a few emails for support I am getting canned responses related to a global issues that had impacted me too. I am still waiting for a response that will actually address my issues and provide a solution.Currently, this is a very expensive food dispenser for me to manually provide food to my cat :(

Almost perfect, just one big problem which makes it no good for us... the portions are too big!
We previously had an automated food timer that had been fine for 18 months before starting to spew out large amounts of food each time, so I got a refund on that. We have an 8 year old cat who never learnt how to regulate her food intake, and has always just eaten what it put down for her. She kept being sick, and we had become fed up with giving her lots of small meals each day, so our previous feeder let us feed 10 portions a day, with each being 4g servings. This was perfect. We gave her two very small wet feeds a day ourselves, and the feeder gave her the rest and, because she was effectively being grazed by the feeder, she was rarely sick. Until it developed the fault.I tried the Petlibro and really, really liked it. It's very well built, it has a built in camera that you can put in an SD card (so you don't have to sign up to their cloud service) and seems very reliable. The one big problem for us is that the minimum portion serving is 10g. For a lot of cats or dogs that would be fine, but for ours it's too much, and since using it she's been sick much more again, so much so that I'm constantly grabbing it when it dispenses to put some aside, which defeats the whole point. So sadly, I'm returning it. I really wanted it to be the right one, and I can honestly say that I was impressed with it. If you are ok with 10g portion servings, I'd highly recommend it, but if you need smaller portions you'll need to look elsewhere.I hope this company release a version with smaller portions in the future, as I'd definitely consider one, but until then, it's not for us unfortunately. Back to a replacement version of our original.
