This is a great slicer and chopper, works very well, blades are super sharp...the top is a little difficult to clean it stuff gets hung in it but a straw brush cleans it fairly quickly. It's sturdy and made very well...not thin cheap plastic like some.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this Veggie chopper! I replaced my old Vidalia Chop Wizard. This one is sharper & has more blades. Easy to use. Easy to clean! I would for sure buy it again!

I just prepped 3/4 lb baby carrots and a large red onion in under 4 minutes, and that includes peeling the onion and rough chopping into quarters. Took me less than 2 minutes to clean. Only other thing I used was a knife to cut the onion. Simple to use (although for harder things like carrots you'll need to hit it or have enough muscle to squeeze it down, but I was doing 4 baby carrots at a time). Changing blades couldn't be easier. Clean up is a breeze with the tools provided. No muss, no fuss, no cutting board or 20 minutes of cutting. And I can store the veggies in the container until needed. Fullstar also has covers for the catch bowl and I think I'll purchase them in the future. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is one, I can't give 4.5 stars. Second, it's a shame that it doesn't come with a slicing blade, like if you want to slice celery or thin strips of apple or sweet potato for drying or potato for au gratan potatos. The egg slicer will only reliably slice soft things like an egg or a ripe avocado. Had it come with that slicing blade, the review would have been 5.

We had to chop pounds and pounds of onions to help make vats of soup for a soup sale. My husband thought I was nuts for volunteering us for this job but that is because he did not know what I knew, which was that I'd seen this chopper recommended on several cooking videos and was just looking for a reason to purchase it for our home and this was just the reason I needed! The chopper arrived quickly, as promised, and as fast as I peeled the onions, he chopped them! In fact, he had to wait for me to finish peeling the onion a few times. He really LOVES using this chopper and now looks for recipes that call for chopped vegetables and fruits. He has taken over the cooking the last few years now that I am not well and for the first time, he is smiling as he preps the foods....guys and their gadgets, huh? This chopper does all sorts of chopping, dicing and slicing in various sizes and shapes and does it very well. Clean up is easy, too, because it can be put in dishwasher. Of course, the reason it does such a great job is because the blades are precise and sharp so be smart and be careful when using this chopper to ensure that you are only chopping food and not your fingers! We are both very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it.

I don't know how I went all these years without one. It is impossible to risk injury using this. Easy to assemble, easy to store because of its small size and didn't affect the taste and quality of my food. Above all, worth every penny.

It’s sturdy and good for the price, but it doesn’t chop evenly and can be a bit dangerous to use. The design makes it easy to hurt your fingers while chopping or cleaning. It’s simple to use, but if you’re looking for clean, consistent cuts and a safer option, this might not be the right choice.
