I've given up on the coated non-stick pans, as no matter how careful you are with only using wood, plastic or silicone utensils, the pans always get scratched then food sticks. The Delarlo triple ply stainless steel pan has an aluminum ply inside to distribute the heat and once you learn how to cook on them and season the pan, are non-stick. The inside of the pan has a nice radiused bottom, there are no inside corners for food to get stuck to. They strike a balance of rigidity and weight, so plating a meal directly from the pan doesn't require three hands. The lid is glass with a stainless steel ring and large handle, with a vent hole for steam to escape. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and if you watch pricing can find a good deal. Just make sure that you purchase with the lid, as Amazon also sells a version without the lid.

It's my go-to pan for cooking. I had to learn a few tricks to using it properly, but it's amazing. I chose this over non-stick, stone, and even heavy iron because my wife needs something with a glass lid, easy to use, and will last forever. I don't worry about scratching it up. Using heat and olive oil properly enables it to clean up well. Anyway, I wouldn't trade it for any other pan.

This fry pan is extremely efficient at conducting heat, so cook at a lower temperature than you normally would. I sometimes will turn off the heat for the last minute or two of cooking. Easy cleanup, the trick is to use a 3M Soft Scrub sponge shortly after cooking while the pan is still warm. I would buy again.

I am not happy with this product at all. We bought back in September and I followed all manufacturer instructions on seasoning, preheating, and cleaning. My food always sticks and my pans were scarred after first use. Do yourself a favor and stay for away from this product. I am going to contact the company to see if they will let me send back for a refund. But, honestly they should go in the trash. For reference I am a woman with a family that literally cooks all three meals a day at home. Very disappointed that this is what we got for our money.

The product is beautiful, the pans are very nice to look at. But beware, these are NOT NON-STICK pans. They burn eggs easily so if omelets are your thing, the pan needs a really good scrub after if you want to keep them nice. Poached egg cleaning is much easier. Haven't tried saute' recipes yet. I'm fearing the worst. The best part is that they are not toxic, but scrubbing is a necessity and I only found that Brillo pads or SOS get them really clean. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

These pans are a good design and should last a long time. The handles are user bolt-on allowing you to detach them for a good scrubbing in the dishwasher. That may turn out to be a weak point though. We will see. A good value versus more expensive lines.

Great, excellent quality pan. This 12" SS pan is much lighter then my 10-in SS copper bottom pan. Using it on an electric cooktop with 7inch burners it heats up fast and evenly!!! The lid is amazing quality, sounds silly to be excited about a pan lid but You got to see it and feel it to understand how good it is... I cooked a pizza as big as the entire bottom of the pan, no hot spots cooked completely and evenly, didn't burn anything.. AMAZING.. Couple pictures of the burners I'm using to compare with the size of the pan, it heats and cooks EVENLY on this tiny 7-inch burner.. woohoóo😃 It's a bargain. Things don't stick if you know how to cook on stainless steel. Buy it, you will be stoked.....

I like the design of the pain, however I feel it is cheap quality. After just a couple uses i noticed the bottom is warping. This could lead to safety issues.

Arrived damaged and they turn brown after the first use and you cannot clean them. Even following all the instructions still food sticks and you can’t ever get them back to the original product

Looks great but sticks terribly! Eggs glued to the surface even with oil, making cleanup a pain. Discolors after a few uses—disappointing for a stainless steel pan at this price.

Great pan for making sauces , the large are helps in reducing sauces such as spaghetti bolognaise or curry etc. The lid saves on splatter. Great pan for the money

I have been using this pot for a week now and I must say, the quality is excellent.It heats up very quickly and has saved me a lot of time in cooking compared to my previous pot. I also appreciate the fact that it is made of high-quality stainless steel material, which is great for healthy cooking. Overall, I am very pleased with this pot and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable cooking vessel.
